My family and I spent 2 nights in this very nice apar**ent. Everything was there: cleanliness (and God knows we are very picky on this point), design and Moroccan hospitality.
Although it is in the city center, the apar**ent is soundproofed: you can hear neither outside noise nor the neighbors (even though the residence was full). Presence of central and auxiliary air conditioners (in each of the rooms). We didn't feel the 40 degrees outside.
In the kitchen, there is a fridge, washing machine, kettle, coffee maker, plancha, microwave oven and kitchen table. And all of this in impeccable condition.
For the car, an underground garage is available, plus private parking.
I particularly thank Khawla for her welcome and her lovely smile and Houcine who is extraordinarily helpful. They will make your experience an unforgettable stay.
Special mention to the owner who is a humble and courteous gentleman.
I recommend 1000%.

Beautiful fresh clean space, very good size. Modern apar**ent. Just off main streets so is quiet, but close to walk within 5 minutes of shops and dining. Great for any type of traveller.
Would definitely use again, especially if staying for longer.

I had a great stay here. The apar**ent is located in a quiet area, close to everything you need. the apar**ent was nice and clean. The staff were pleasant and helpful. highly recommended place to stay if you are going to visit Marrakech
