Perfect location close to 道後溫泉，good customer services, nice and clean

Very well located hotel in Dogo Onsen. Shops and restaurants around the corner. Few minutes walk to the Dogo station (tram and bus). Free good coffee for breakfast (even if you don’t buy breakfast (not expensive)). Helpful staff. Smallish room with excellent bed and shower/bath. Very good Price-Quality. On the ‘hill’ behind the Honkan Onsen (seen from the hotel) there is an Information. They have some free short walks printed. There is also a free footbath with a view on the Honkan (and the Patio hotel). Famous temple 51 is 20-30 minutes walk from the hotel or take a bus.

Friendly staff, amazing location for visiting the Onsen, literally just outside the hotel door. I would definitely come back if in the area.

The location is great as it is right next to the Dogo Onsen, restaurants and sightseeing area. You can walk around after taking a hot spring. They are cyclist friendly as well. As long as your bicycle is covered, you can bring it to your room. Otherwise, you have to park it at the parking area in front of the hotel.

The service and room was exceptionally good. I’m on a pilgrimage and service is important after a long day of walking.

It is very comfortable. It is only five meters away from the main building of Dogo Onsen. It is a perfect hotel for a hot spring trip. It is cost-effective and very close to the station. It only takes five minutes. There are lines to the airport and train station. There are also Streetcar! Clean and thoughtful. It's just like the restaurant downstairs. There are many shops to choose from when you go out, and there are many kinds of food. Originally we stayed for two days, but then we added three days and soaked in hot springs every day. Shopping and eating in a yukata!

It's in front of the Dogo Main Building, so it's perfect for sightseeing. Overall, I have nothing to say. I'm satisfied. It would be helpful if they posted parking information on their website. The parking lot is far away for cars with high clearance, so as others have said, it's quite a steep walk and you'll get out of breath. The sushi restaurant in the hotel is closed on Mondays, so be careful about dinner.

This one is right near the hot spring. It only takes a minute or two to get there. It’s right near the hot spring street. The location is very good, but the hotel is just okay. You can’t expect too much, but the front desk is super kind, so It's still ok, the price is relatively cheap, and the price/performance ratio is very good. There is no laundry room in the hospital. You have to walk across the street to find the coin laundry, which is not too far!

The room was spacious and clean! ! They even went out of their way to bring power outlets and extension cords to our room! I thought the extension fee was reasonable at 1,000 yen per hour!

The explanation about the parking lot was thorough, accurate, and very easy to understand. When I asked for another yukata to change into, it was delivered right away. Breakfast was a set meal, but I thought it was a good deal compared to the price. I think the location is great, with a great view of the Dogo main building from the window.

Great location right at Dōgo Onsen. Slightly older hotel with charm. It's nice not to spend the night in one of the uniform business hotels.

The room was a side house, very irregular, and the hotel didn't know it was the off-season, so it looked like no one was living on the first floor. The staff said that the rooms I chose were all like side houses. In addition, the hot spring in the Dogo Main Building, which is ten meters away from the hotel, is not good. It is very small. It is a small pool, and there is a queue. There are very few people inside, and everyone has to wait in line outside, which is mysterious. It's being renovated, I hope it won't look like this again in the future.
