Good location. Place is in need of updating. Very noisy, need a deep cleaning. Stayed for three days, and beds were never changed or made. Trash can emptied only after request was made. Will not be back.

Customer service was so great .. got stuck from a snow storm and they waived my early check in fee .. I was traveling from out of state and I was so exhausted,. I was so grateful!! my room was ready and so clean and all my amenities was in place .. thank you ,, I will stay there again during my travels.

Bathroom needs a up grade. Toilet paper holder falling off wall. Also spot painting looks unsightly.

We found bed bugs in our room, which forced us to check out early and get a room at a different more expensive hotel.

we made our reservation months prior to our arrival but due to the crowd hotel has assigned as a disability room and did not change no matter how many times we ask them.
There is a TV in the room but none of the channels were working.
we insist to move to an other room, they changed it but the room has bugs all over the place and there is not a single utility in the room. i highly suggest you to book an other hotel if you want to have decent vacation.

I came to Middletown to visit family for the holidays. The price of my stay was decent but I was disappointed with the cleanliness and condition of the inn.

The staff was very nice. The breakfast was great. The bathroom was clean but smelled musty. The room was very clean, but smelled very perfumy like airwick air fresheners. I'm very allergic but i turned fan on high. Great stay
