Excellent Value. Great & Very Friendly staff, Clean & very SAFE location of Poblado, Medellin. My wife and I stayed there for a week and had a great experience. We have visited Medellin several times and stayed at many different Hotels and think this is exceptionally good for people looking for one in a safe and quiet area.(Not good for party people or party area). Our daughter is arriving Medellin in a few weeks and we will have two Jr. Suites booked here. Two small issues- 1-Very good Breakfast but SAMETHING EVERYDAY; 2-No English TV.

I choose this property base on the hotel website and few reviews online. 5 Starts hotel mean an extraordinary service, customer service, and above and beyond customer service. My room was 1306 very small room, basic room, not welcome amenities (water batle or any sweets as other 5 start hotels does. The towels are absolutely inappropriate like old and stained towels, some with the bed sheets. The chairs were not in good shape and dirty. The chais were not dirty but they look old and weathered. Breakfast was delicious, local food, and several choices to eat, continental & American breakfast style available. The portion are extremely small micro-bread , so you have to put in your plate may pieces because they are too small. Poor customer service and most the employees feels like empowered just because they work at the hotel. Except few people. Upon my arrival not courtesy at all, no water bottle complementary so comparing with the holiday Inn Express & Suites located one block down that goes above & beyond to make us feel welcome at the hotel. For the price I paid it is not make sense to spent large amount of money for. Very poor service. The Hotel Bellman (April 2) in the morning. Was the extraordinary person as the maid on my room (Mary)

I was in March (before the Pandemic), about 10 years ago I stayed at the hotel and seemed a good option to go business, or very few days of holiday. This is a recently opened hotel with brand new and modern facilities and excellent service! The staff in all areas are super friendly and helpful from the maintenance staff to the site manager. Check in and check out were very smooth. Beds were very comfortable and all areas were well maintained. They have a very nice roof top restaurant with wonderful views of the city and excellent food featuring local flavours with an up-level approach. They also serve the breakfast there! The chef Diego Ibarra, Aurelio, Luis, Brando and the rest of the staff are very friendly and helpful. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended!

Absolutely perfect service. Laura, Gloria, and Victor at the front desk are really nice and accomodating. Always willing to help and friendly. Daimer was always available in the lobby to help with bags, or luggage, or laundry.... Rooms are super comfortable. Pool and gym are good, sauna/turco are a nice addition that other hotels are missing. I had the pleasure of meeting Diego, the manager and he is one of the nicest people I have met. It feels like they really care about your stay and want to make sure you are enjoying everything. Perfect location near the mall. Everything was great and I will be back again soon.

It is very close to the Santafe shopping mall like within 5 minutes walk. And our room had a lot of sun in the morning, which I felt really good. But the chair was a bit low for the office desk so that I felt a little uncomfortable. Their main restaurant was a bit small compared to the number of the rooms. I think it would be better if the cook at the iron plate made fried eggs & omelets instead of buttered arepas.
