Hotel was very clean and nice the staff was friendly and the hotel had excellent breakfast all was hot and ready with great option. I would recommend this hotel to everybody and I will for sure book again

Service and environment are good

Doors noisy .. rooms a tad dated .. no microwave .. small bathrooms .. but clean beds very accommodating staff let us check in a bit early .. close to many grub options .. not bad place

Such a clean and beautiful hotel. I have stayed at several hotels in Memphis/Bartlett area and this has been the best one. Room was very clean and big. Staff was very friendly and even the complimentary breakfast was really good.

I really appreciated the comfortable beds, nice shower, clean and quiet hotel, and especially the safe area. It was a fairly short drive to St Francis hospital.

The hotel is clean with friendly staff. Room was large, clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet was very good with no lack due to the large number of people that was staying at the hotel. The hotel is located in a great shopping area; it was a buffet of shops. Would consider staying here again when we come to Memphis.

Good and convenient location, reasonable price. Near to shopping areas. Rooms could be a bit more updated.

Everything was nice. Breaskfast was good, ended at 10:00am. Other places end at 9. Staff was truly nice. Decor was beatiful. My TV wasn't working, they jumped right on it. The mattress need to be changed , it was very hard and squeaking

Loved this hotel. Far enough away from downtown Memphis that I didn't have to worry about our car getting broken into. Hotel itself is great, very comfortable and large rooms. A lot of places to eat nearby and conveniently located just off the freeway. Breakfast was good too. Would stay here again next time we're in the Memphis area.

Both times we’ve stayed here, the staff was warm, friendly and professional. The hotel was quiet despite having many guests. Comfortable king bed, good water pressure. Breakfast was basic but good. Hotel is clean and doesn’t look run-down or thread-bare. Close to Chili’s and other nicer establishments if you need food after a long drive. East to get on and off the highway from the hotel.

Our room was perfect, until we sat on the couch and felt something behind it. There were men's dirty underwear in our room!! The hotel did change our room but never offered a discount for the incident or anything other than, heres a new room. I feel like there should have been some type of compensation for my 14 year old finding, touching them, and getting highly upset about the men's dirty underwear she found, other than just a new room. Discount off the room? Some type of comp to somewhere. Something. It was hardly addressed by staff.

I went back to this hotel for the security, and only one entrance, since I had a car stolen previously in the area. Hot breakfast was great, only complaint is I don't like the tub /shower combo, otherwise as perfect a quick trip could be

When it was time for me to check in I did as usual. Not one time did anyone say oh we are out of king beds we had to move you to a double room. Went to room and noticed it was two beds and immediately went downstairs and told them I had a king room. The guy said oh no one told you we were overbooked for the night? Um no. Oh they should of on email and when you checked in. No on did. Well that's all we have for the night. Really wow common curiosity they should of said something to me.

The staff were all so friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious and the beds were comfy. Breakfast was a nice plus as well.
