The price we booked is about 600 RMB a night! It was late on the day we arrived. When I checked in, I asked for a higher floor but was rejected. I was given a room card and key for 206! The room facilities are very poor, like a domestic hotel with less than 100 yuan! The sheets and pillowcases are grayish white! The quilt is an old dusk colored blanket! Covered with colorful sheets, it looks much worse in reality than in the picture! The face towel and bath towel are also off-white! The bathtub is a large circular concave design, equipped with lanterns, it’s so weird! I admire their vision! The lights in the whole room are very dim! The main light in the bathroom broke after one night of use! The most unfortunate thing is that the room has no sound insulation! The sounds of people selling things outside in the morning and the sounds on the road in the morning and evening came in unobstructed! After the first night, I communicated with the hotel and tried to change rooms or refund the subsequent room charges, but they were all rejected! Ctrip also tried to help communicate but it was all ineffective because I prepaid for five nights! On the third night, we couldn't stand it anymore. It was past 11 o'clock in the evening, and the sound of phone calls and laughter upstairs were very loud. Coupled with the sounds outside, it was really impossible to sleep. When we communicated with the front desk again, at first, they said there were no rooms. Later, we were forced to change to 506. In fact, there were rooms. Moreover, the facilities in room 506 will be better, and there will be carpets. Of course, the supplies are still the same, which is very poor. I thought I could finally sleep peacefully, but for some reason, the air conditioner made a harsh sound and then stopped every half an hour or so. The problem was that we didn't turn on the air conditioner, so we couldn't find the problem. It may be that there is a space next door and the wires are connected. Every half hour of work, a very loud alarm-like sound will be made. After not sleeping all night, the boss finally couldn't bear it anymore and gave us the room for the remaining 2 nights and asked us to leave. In the eyes of foreigners, they always think that Chinese people are relatively weak and can be manipulated at will, so what if they give you the worst room? As a result, we had a big fight with the front desk using English and the translator in Spanish, which made them suspect that we were not Chinese at all. No matter what, our strong motherland is our backing. They have an uncle in charge of maintenance who can speak a little English and is quite nice! Help us change rooms, pick up our luggage, and tell us some routes! I also gave a tip of 100 Mexican dollars. The Chinese are friendly but not angry!

If the breakfast is more exquisite, the coffee is too weak. Otherwise, it would be better to buy a coffee machine.

Spacious room with attractive furniture. Good price. 15 minute drive to airport. No heating or A/C. I would stay there again.

For the price it is absolutely incredible! Feel like I've found THE hidden gem in Mexico city. Beautiful room, huge window with view and natural light, extremely spacious, quirky original details from the 1950's, excellent wifi, supercool reception staff - not one issue or drama, housekeeping second to none, room service, restaurant with great prices. I originally booked for one night - not expecting much but extended my stay to ten days. The reason the price is so reasonable is the location is not a popular one but you have everything you need in walking distance and the tourist hot spots are very short and inexpensive taxi/Uber away. I'm a grumpy middle aged man who is generally not easily pleased and rarely bother with reviews but this hotel is exceptional, so I couldn't overlook this opportunity to rave about it.

Stuff has no clue what’s up with costumers. I almost paid twice for one night. They put us in and asked to get out from the room

Be careful of Management. On entry to hotel manager attempted to switch me to a smaller room trying to give me the impresión I would be saving when in reality I was not saving money, but instead be taken for a fool. CAUTION TO WHAT YOU ASK FOR!

I’d be careful of management, if given the chance the will try to bill you twice for things you have already have paid for. Then, you get what you pay for. Beware of area, which pron to theft and pan handling.
