Hotel Telemaque Beach & Spa - All inclusive - Families and Couples Only

The hotel room was very clean and the staff were amazing The staff in the restaurant were good, and a buf special thank you to Soufiene. He was very friendly, attentive, always smiling and present. The Animators staff were very good, and they were always amusing the guests at the hotel.

My first time in Telemaque with my family .. everyone is great and so nice food fantastic and delicious and lovely entertainment music i love it . We was seeing the show at nice its perfect with good dancers and nice comedy .. happy to come in tunisia and big thank for the team animation ( Bobo . Ziko . Shahin soufian . Wasses and dj adam )

The staff is very friendly and accommodating, with good service in the food and animation areas. There is plenty of food and All Inclusive has rve alchoolic drinks, although it's only Tunisian brands. There is direct beach access, the water is Mediterranean warm (~28°C) but its full of sea****s unfortunately.

We had a great time. Very good, various food, beautiful beach cleaned every morning from sea****, no problems with getting sunbeds, nice garden. Animation team was the best, always trying hard to entertain the guests. Lots of different activities during the day and they even prepared all the shows in the evening. The rooms in bungalows in tunisian style, some things a little bit worn out, ants coming in from the garden. The room cleaned and towels exchanged every day.

Our stay in the hotel was perfect! The room was very clean and they have a friendly staff! The beach bar is amazingly decorated and we had the chance to hear live music. The food there is a must try.

Had a wonderful time in Djerba at Telemaque hotel. The grounds are very beautiful, the food is pretty good for an all inclusive, and the staff is fantastic. Everyone was very kind and accommodating …the animation team was very engaging but not pushy either. Da3dou3 was a pleasure to have around every day. An excellent attribute to this hotel. Great staff, great hotel, great place for a fun vacation.

We chose for this season in Djerba hotel Telemaque again and we weren’t disappointed at all! Compared the last year animation team completely changed, but we didn’t feel any wrong vibes - contrary - all guys are doing great job and won't let you get bored.. It has been unforgettable time full of relaxation and enjoyments in perfect harmony for us.. Restaurants are offering many kinds of delicious food, waiters attentive and always willing.. after all, as we are used to there.. Hotel premises including the beach were cleaning every morning.. Overall I rate our stay as faultless and warmly recommend this place.. Big thanks to all employees of Telemaque from little Czech family 🤍

First time here And We fall in love in this place. Amazing servis Very kind personal good food nice big clean beach. The hotel Is Very small but Very family And friendly atmospfere. The best animation team big thanks for all they made our Holiday special. ❤️❤️❤️

I’m writing this post to make parents aware of our experience at the Telemaque Beach resort. Our first full day at the resort our 3 year old daughter found a water tank that had boiling water that was located close to swimming pool. She managed to reach the tap on the water tank that poured the boiling water over her chest that resulted 2nd degree burns that will scar her for life. We cannot understand the logic why they would locate a water tank so low in height for a toddler 90cm tall that can easily manage to reach. There were no safety measures in place to keep it out of childrens reach. We reported the incident to general staff at the resort, but had difficulties to get them to file our complaint at management level. However, my wife managed to get hold of the travel representative (delegate) to file the complaint who took this up as part of her responsibility to report the incident to the management at the hotel. Due to language barriers the delegate had to translate, but the management were not at all interested in hearing what we had to say, and it was followed by rude abrupt arrogance by hotel management on their part in their words to say ‘it’s the parent’s responsibility to take care of their children.’ Yes,’ as a parent you would be gob smacked to hear this come out of a manager mouth. They dealt with the whole situation unprofessionally with no sympathy towards our daughter throughout the stay. We had no apology from management and they were not at all concerned what happened that can be very worrying for parents with young children. They have done nothing about the water tank, that remains accessible for toddlers. Though the delegate pushed management to place a lock on the hot water tap. Just be aware if you got young children. For the duration of our stay at the resort my daughter had to keep out of direct sunlight, sea and swimming pool that ruined our holiday. Note: The above review is not about the resort and the staff that work there. The holiday would have been good if the incident was avoided and the management acted professionally and responded with care.
