Very spacious and convenient location. Would strongly recommend it to someone who wants to be near good restaurants and luxury shopping. 2-mins walk to the metro.

****** & rude staff; canceled with no reimbursement. our stay after requesting pictures of personal information (ID, credit card, nationality of all people staying) on whatsapp, breaking european GDPR law as they refused to disclose how this data will be used or stored / deleted. Staff not available at property for check-in.

Whilst we only stayed one night, it was a welcomed stay to have a very spacious areas with separate rooms for a family of four.
Michele was amazing, he kept in touch prior to our arrival on all the necessary information we needed, met us at the front and gave us a tour of the apartment….customer service at its best!!

Es de lo peor, no se atrevan nisiquiera a tomar como opción este hospedaje. Son unos LADRONES! Me robaron dos bolsos y dos casacas cuando deje la habitación para ir a pasear al centro. Me comuniqué con el encargado del departamento y pedí ver las cámaras de quien había entrado a mi habitación ya que había sufrido un robo, el señor me indicó que iba a revisar, pasado unas horas me dice que las caras no funcionan, desligándose de toda responsabilidad y no brindando solución. El día de hoy, entraron a mi apartamento rentado sin permiso, yo me encontraba durmiendo y un señor (amigo del director de dicho establecimiento), abrió la puerta y como me vio se retiró! NO VENGAN! TE ROBAN TUS COSAS! Y NO DAN SOLUCIÓN! HAY UNA CÁMARA DE VIGILANCIA EN LA PUERTA Y OH SORPRESA NO FUNCIONA!!!! RATEROS!!!

Una lástima. Bien situado y con buenas instalaciones (aunque muy mal cuidadas, el mantenimiento deja bastante que desear) Al llegar un tal Matteo nos pide 100€ por hacer el checkin fuera del horario (que es de tan solo 4 horas al día, de 16 a 20h). Sin aviso previo, sin informar de este precio en mails ni en su web. Por su cara bonita. Me negué a pagar ese precio en metálico, por la cara y sin información. La atención de Matteo fue pésima, molestándome durante la estancia con whatsApp continuos reclamándome el importe de la estafa. Para olvidar. Muchas mejores alternativas en el centro de Milán
