Very modern Hotel with amazing views of Modica below. My room was spacious, spotless, a large walk in shower and a very spacious balcony. All the staff were very pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was fine. As previous reviews have mentioned it is quite a climb up a few hundred steps from Modica town Centre, but if you plan your taxis in advance with the reception then you should have no problems if you are able to climb a very lot of stairs. There is a nice pool and Terrace with excellent views of Modica. I would happily stay here again

The view. Oh wow, the view. The panoramic of Modica from the rooms and pool area is just breathtaking. The hotel itself is nice: good breakfast, friendly staff, clean (although small) rooms, but the view is their USP. One gripe though. The AC in the rooms is under-powered and can't compete with the Sicilian sun, even in June. Even with it continuously running full-whack, it could only shave 2-3 degrees off the outside temperature, making sleeping difficult. Please, please, please, for the sake of your Northern European guests, consider more powerful AC at your next refurb.

The views from our double spa room over to the baroque churches of modica were amazing but there are also great views from the terrace and pool area. The hotel is small so not too many guests and there was excellent service such as drinks on the terrace. The rooms are fairly new and in great condition. The pool area is gorgeous and brand new. There is parking right outside the hotel which is such a bonus and you can easily get away to the autostade for day trips. The breakfast is good and the staff very accommodating.

What a location! Breathtaking vies of Modica! The hotel is spotless and the staff are wonderful!

Exceptional place to stay / the views, staff, general ambience, breakfast and lunches. We loved it and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Amazing view. Good location if you are fit to walk up and down to town. Easy parking and access to hotel.
