This was a 1 night stop off on our roadtrip. We arrived at 2pm but we were not permitted to check in until 3 (which is not a big deal as that is check in). The first front check clerk was not very friendly but the hotel had been fully booked the night before so I think she as just exhausted. All staff after that were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good.
The only issue we had was: We wanted to use the pool the evening we arrived but a group was hosting a birthday party there, but the pool was still open to other guest. This was odd, we thought. From 2pm to the time we went to bed the pool area was taken and loud. We did get to use it the next morning. It was heated (which was great) and heavily chlorinated.

The property was fine, for a quick stay visiting family. It was not walkable to many locations, which was fine as we had a vehicle, but would have loved to walk to dinner once at the hotel. The hotel had a clean kitchen area, for

Hotel and our room were both clean. Beds were as comfortable as expected. Breakfast was ok but could have had more food, such as bacon, sausage or toast. The mini fridge in the room was plugged in but did not work, which resulted in some small food possibly being spoiled. The AC unit in the room was finicky. When we got to the room it was cold so I turned the temperature up. When the desired temperature was reached, the AC unit began blowing cold air that made the room feel as cold as when we entered. To keep the room consistently warm I had to turn the temperature up to the mid 70s, which made the room too warm during the night.
I told the lady at the front desk about the mini fridge and AC unit. She apologized for the mini fridge not working and explained the AC unit was an eco-friendly unit that constantly worked to maintain the set temperature. She also apologized for the AC unit and said if we stayed there again and had any issues with the AC unit, maintenance could look into the issue.
Overall good stay with relatively minor issues.

I can't say enough about how pleasantly surprised I was. The front desk lady super helpful and nice. The room was very nice and clean. We were only staying overnight but I highly recommend this place if ur in the area.

Room heating was not functioning, front desk put us in another room immediately and reduced our rate for the inconvenience! I felt we were being well taken care of because of her demeanor and swift actions!

The breakfast was okay at best. The prepackaged cereal was the best thing for breakfast. On check out morning we woke up to find out 3 vehicles had been broken into and another guest told us he stayed at that hotel once before less than a month ago and had 7 vehicles broken into and yet management said both times that the cameras aren't working.
