I recently had the pleasure of staying at JW Marriott Juhu, and I must say that it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. We weren’t entirely happy about the check-in process as we got assigned to a room which had arrangements for another guest however it was taken care immediately after being addressed. I would like to commend three staff members who went above and beyond to make my stay truly remarkable - The front office ***ager Mr.Abhishek, Mr.Rushikesh from the housekeeping depar**ent, and Mr.Vinmesh from the executive lounge. Rushikesh, from the housekeeping depar**ent, deserves special recognition for his attention to detail and dedication to ensuring that my room was always impeccably clean and well-maintained. He consistently went out of his way to fulfill any special requests I had, and his warm and friendly demeanor made me feel truly valued as a guest. Mr.Abhishek, the ***ager at front office, made a lasting impression with his professionalism, efficiency, and genuine warmth. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to him for the hamper placed in my room. It really made our day. I would also like to mention Mr.Vinmesh from the executive lounge as his warmth and friendliness created an inviting a**osphere in the lounge, making it a delightful place to relax and unwind Apart from the exceptional service provided by these individuals, the hotel itself was outstanding. The facilities, including the pool and fitness center, were well-maintained and easily accessible. My experience at Dashanzi is also worth mentioning as I had an impeccable experience there! The entire service team worked flawlessly to make my evening absolutely amazing. In conclusion, my stay at JW Marriott Juhu was an unforgettable experience, largely thanks to the outstanding service provided by Rushikesh, Abhishek, and Vinmesh.

Lovely stay. Was not expecting this quality. Surprised and impressed. Clean and neat and a genuinely nice place for family and business trips. Not one of those shady hotels. The room service and staff are very good. The cute gestures of giving complementary tea cakes in the evening is a very warm gesture of hospitality. Their breakfast spread is very good. Almost everything is offered and the quality is very good. Tasty and fresh. Their lunch and buffet menu though same is again elaborate and tasty. In fact I have tasted all their dishes in the buffet and it was fresh and very delicious. HK and their in house TV staff are prompt. Very impressive hotel and I was a walk on at 11 pm. Lucky to have got the room. Spacious and clean. Everything in the room is functional. Did not find anything negative about this place. Definitely worth a visit. Location is good and public transport easily available.

The location was very close to my work area so i chose this hotel despite the reasonably high price. I was staying in the Deluxe room which is their smallest room category (Rs 5300 incl bf and taxes). The closet and bathroom were decent (pretty much what you expect in a 4-star in Mumbai, but room itself was TINY. I have stayed in ***y hotels in Mumbai before, even cheaper ones, but never stayed in something so tiny. That's definitely something they should consider improving or offering for much cheaper rates. Breakfast was very disappointing, they should increase variety for sure!

The conditions and facilities are of a four-star standard, it is also close to the airport and there is an Indian restaurant next to it which is delicious. We were flying very early and didn't catch breakfast, the hotel prepared breakfast to take away. Everything is fine, just to remind you not to use the hotel drop-off, it is too expensive, several times more expensive than Uber.

Location is not far from the airport, 20-25 minutes by car. Not in the downtown area, but quiet. The airport pick-up is a bit expensive, Rs. 945. If I take a taxi, I leave the hotel to the airport for 400, which is more than half cheaper. But the service was good, otherwise I did n’t download uber or ola, and it was not easy to find a car by taxi to the hotel, because I was out of the airport. The hotel rooms are nice, the area is not small, the facilities are quite complete, there are toiletries, disposable slippers. The wifi speed is okay, but it is limited to two devices for free. There are many kinds of breakfast, Chinese, Western and Indian. Recommended.

The ”set meal” the restaurant ***agers got extremely rude about insisting that it was to be sent to only the room and can't be served at the restaurant after we were seated there. We don't prefer having meals in the room as it leaves a smell lingering for long. Finally after lots of arguments, the hot us a ”biryani” as the the ”set meal”. But it was really just a pot of coloured rice with watery boiled chicken added to the ”non veg” version and nothing at all in the ”veg version”. This is after waiting and arguing for over half an hour. And the seniors on the staff - the ***ager and probably the chief hostess glared at us throughout for insisting we didn't want to eat in the room. The standard room is large enough, well laid out and well maintained. The pool is also really nice, large enough and, clean...but totally abandoned. It's also somewhat cramped with gym equipment strewn around it. Staff there looked bewildered too because we turned up. Guess no one actually uses the pool except perhaps staff. We'd have gone back for the pool and rooms. But definitely won't with the gross untrained, impolite behavior of all staff.

My recent experience at Hotel Olten Mumbai (Andheri) left much to be desired. Upon arrival, I found the hotel reception to be lacking in politeness, setting an unfavorable tone for my stay. The location, situated in a rough and overly busy area, was not conducive to a peaceful environment, making it both crowded and noisy. A particularly disheartening incident occurred when the hotel refused check-in for a guest accompanying me, who happened to have a local ID from Mumbai. This refusal added an unexpected layer of inconvenience, compelling us to search for alternative accommodations after a long journey from London. What further concerned me was the apparent discrepancy in the hotel's rating. It became evident that Hotel Olten does not comply with local laws, raising questions about the accuracy of its given rating. Moreover, the uncomfortable encounter of being offered an escort just outside the reception area was both inappropriate and unwelcome. Given my background and interest in the hospitality industry, I find it necessary to dispute the current rating of Hotel Olten. The service provided during my stay fell short of meeting even the minimum standards expected of a 4-star or 3-star establishment. In essence, the experience resembled more of a basic lodging and boarding setup rather than a reputable hotel. Moving forward, I am committed to advocating for a reassessment of Hotel Olten's ratings based on the evident shortcomings in their service. It is my hope that this feedback prompts positive changes that align the hotel more closely with the expectations of discerning travelers.
