It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel Service attitude: The service staff at this hotel was very welcoming and she was able to answer our questions with enthusiasm and patience. Environment: the view from the room was exceptional! You can see the mountains and the bay view, and at night you can see the two sides of the lake lit up. Because this hotel is on a hill, the air is particularly good! I will still stay again if I come to Montenegro next time

was promised mountainous views, instead got a view of the car park and some trees. hot tub is not at all private and can be seen from every angle and is filled with grime. nothing within walking distance of the hotel. kids screaming everywhere. breakfast is rubbish. overpriced stay. staff is nice. ‘private’ beach is not at all private and is filled with screaming kids as well as people who aren’t staying at the hotel. terrace is filthy, returned from a day out to find shattered glass all over our floor. room service delivery fee is 20 euros ON TOP of price of food. advertised as child free adult only hotel but is not at all true, sat at breakfast and on ‘private’ beach with screaming kids everywhere. breakfast buffet is extremely underwhelming and not very good at all. don’t recommend this hotel.

Great location. Great sea view from the sea side rooms. In addition to the indoor spa the hotel has a pleasant outdoor swimming pool area on the shore. My reasons not to give a 4 star rating: 1. The quality of food served at the dinner buffet does not meet my standard of 4 stars. 2. The way service is organized at the buffet dinner should be changed: The waiters whom incoming clients expect to serve them with their dinner drink orders have an overlapping responsibility of cleaning and remaking the tables after previous clients. This responsibility seems to have higher priority, which gives the clients that arrive later an experience of not being noticed in the way they expect in a 4 star restaurant. 3. I was swetting during the firsts nights in our superior room even though the room temperature was not excessive. We found the reason to be the fabric with plastic cover placed under the sheet of our bed. This kind of cover prevents the “ventilation” that cotton sheets otherwise provide. 4. During the last sunny days of our stay the temperature of our room was annoyingly warm, 25-27+ degrees C. I tried to cool the room with the help of the air conditioning by choosing the cooling mode alternative. This, however, did not worked. I was told by the reception that this is due to the fact that the mode of the air-conditioning of the hotel had been switched to the heating mode and therefore the cooling feature is not available. 🥵

This place, calling itself a ”hotel,” was a disaster, with a long list of terrible things. The roof-pool you see on the hotel's pictures isn’t actually located at another hotel, and it was not mentioned at all! You need to climb about 200 meters to reach the other hotel where this pool is (although they offer as well driven cart to the other hotel). Once you get there, you can ”win” the second row of the pool's beds because you don't belong to this specific hotel- meaning they are making you a second-class guest. Moreover, there was no shampoo provided at all at the bathroom, only body soap. The AC was not working well. The temperature did not go below around 24 degrees even though I had set it to 19 degrees. As a result, I sweated throughout the night and couldn't sleep well. The hotel claim that the sun affected the temperature, but the curtains were closed, and there is no sun at night! To add to the misery, there was no hot water in the shower one evening at 7pm. I was told to wait and check again at 10pm, only to be informed that the issue was fixed. But, as you might have guessed, it wasn't. When I request to use another room's shower, they told me I couldn't and suggested I wait a little longer. I asked the reception to consider a compensation, but they completely refused. When we got back home, I emailed the hotel's chain management to get a real reference about this whole stay, and they did apologized, but could not offer me any refund because I didn't book our stay directly from the hotel. Instead, they did offer me a next stay discount- which I will never use of course. i wish i didnt had to write this kind of review for a high score 4 stars rated hotel. In my opinion save yourself the trouble and avoid staying there or any other place connected to their name. i wish i didnt had to write this kind of review. ps, attached a pic' of the toilet that was located at a narrow place to sit comfortably enough.

Very beautiful This time I went to Montenegro with my friends and it was the first time to stay at One&Only. It was also the first time to travel in Europe since I was studying in the UK for four years. After landing at Podgorica Airport, I took a local royal taxi at the airport and it took about three hours to reach the hotel. one&only can provide a hotel car to pick you up for about 220 euros, which is very, very cheap! After all, it only costs 220 euros to drive for three hours... But we didn't make a reservation in advance and took a taxi to the hotel. The service attitude of all the service staff in the entire hotel is super, super, super good! You are greeted with a smile, and all of them are very good-looking, handsome men and beautiful women. Everyone who smiles at you will really be in a super good mood! The environment of the entire hotel is really beautiful, especially the rec through the garden at the back, the swimming pool and the private beach! beautiful We booked a basic room for 3k per night. Before arriving, I was worried that it would not be enough or too average. But when I arrived and saw the room, I was so happy. In a place like Europe, for 3k per night, you can stay in a room of nearly 60 square meters per night. It's a great deal and our room also has a partial sea view (because it's a basic room, we can't be too picky about the view) The food and entertainment facilities are also super complete. We were worried about how to book a boat to go to the Blue Grotto at first. We asked rec directly to help us book the hotel's own water taxi with a smile on his face. The price is 200 euros an hour. There is no boat. The hotel brings its own pier from It only takes about five minutes to walk from the room to the hotel's exclusive pier, so you can get the most important part of the trip done without any effort! The swimming pool is also super beautiful! ! ! It is also equipped with a sauna, which is rare in Europe!
