Prinsotel la Dorada -

Wow! By far the best hotel I stayed with children and I been in 40 at least. Amazing pools and great program for kids everyday! Superb staff and attention. I can recommend to book the rooms, which have own swimming pool too, is so much fun for kids. Taxi is around 80Euro from airport, 40 min. around the hotel there is nothing u can’t find. just 10 mind walk with kids to the beach. Great check in experience! I am planning my next stay in May 2024. Something special: outside the hotel, just maybe 500m there is super nice Kebab place. if you have kids, this is the hotel to be in my eyes. als heated pool is available, for colder days.

Spent four nights at Prinsotel La Dorada beginning of April. We stayed in two bedroom suite on the ground floor and everything was fine until we used the shower for the first time and it flooded the bathroom within couple of minutes. We reported it to reception and immediately an engineer came around to fix the problem ( at least we thought it was fixed). All good. [To add, we later found out all our "neighbours" had also complained on their first day about the blocked drainage. So the hotel was fully aware there was an issue already] On the following day, we came back to our room only to find everyone on the ground floor panicking, running around, trying to figure out what was happening. Six suites on the ground floor had flooded. Water was pouring out to the corridor. Not ideal but these things can happen. But it's the way it was dealt with by the hotel that was rather disappointing. There was only ONE cleaner available to clean up the whole floor, so we all had to just stand around the corridor for number of hours until the rooms were cleaned and bleached. The hotel was fully booked so they were not able to move us to other rooms - but in any case, I'd have at least expected an apology from the management team for what had happened and check in to see how we were doing. There was none of that. Later on when we asked the reception if we can start using the bathroom again, we were told "you can, but at your own risk. Please use the facility at the spa". I would go back to Prinsotel in the future (food, swimming pools, evening shows were all good), but I will be saying no to the ground floor rooms, for sure!

Once again we came back to this gorgeous hotel!! This time we stayed in one of the new rooms which are so beautiful and comfortable! As always staff treated us so well and we enjoyed the lovely atmosphere in the hotel. Buffet food was delicious as well as hotel grill bar and restaurant picco! What a delicious pasta and sushi! Thank you Marco, Mika, Marissa, Javi, and Manu! see you next year!! 🤩

Great family hotel with a beautiful garden, many swimming pools of different size and depth, lovely staff and felicitous food( half board option was a good choice:) Animation team is amazing, my son keeps on asking about Oliwia and Norbert every day. He misses kids club activities, wet carpet and mini discos. We can not wait to be back again next year! Out of many holiday destinations and hotels we have been to, Prinsotel La Dorada is definitely our favourite one!

Really lovely place to stay. we had a really awful experience with a Villa we’d just stayed in. This was so needed! And the room we’d booked was renovated and now a modern ground floor with larger pool so a lovely upgrade too. I read some reviews on this hotel and was a bit worried, but it was so lovely I’d have happily stayed longer. Can’t comment on main breakfast/dinner buffet as we stayed Self catering. Pros Food truck at the pool with good reasonably priced snacks Lovely pool snack restaurant. The tacos were amazing. Mini market on site Friendly staff on reception, Laura, you were a star ⭐️ And so helpful. Rooms were great, spacious and spotless and included water, bath robes, slippers and welcome sweets. Terrace was immaculate. Plenty of sun beds around the pool. Changing pool towels was easy Spa was lovely Cons Picco restaurant was not a great experience, dinner was cold and weren’t that interested. Service was really not great. Waiter tried to take our order for wine and food when we had no menus or wine list, Evening entertainment- Elvis was awful, sorry Elvis, but he really was and most guests left. Half term so to be expected possibly- loads of kids running riot around pool area, no parents to watch them in the pool, though it’s not really a hotel issue, it could be if someone hurts themselves. No bathrobes for our teenagers supplied.

the hotel is one of the best hotels I've ever been to. The staff is amazing and so friendly. Food choices were great especially because we are Vegetarian. There were so many options and varieties every day. It's just a short walk from the beach but also the pool is really nice. Our son loved the playground and kids pool. We arrived late and the reception staff did everything to accomodate us good. The room was always clean. I have absolutely nothing negative to say. I totally recommend this hotel and we will for sure come back next time.

We travelled home yesterday after spending 10 days at this hotel. We had a really lovely holiday. We arrived late on in the evening and were greeted by a lovely, helpful receptionist who gave us refreshments while we checked in. We were in a standard apartment and I was initially a bit disappointed with the size of the kitchen as it was very small and not many options for making a nice meal had we wanted to but the basics were all there so we did actually manage fine. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept very well the whole holiday. It was very warm and the air conditioning was very welcome in the apartment. The walk in shower was fab! The pool was huge with lots of different parts to it and plenty sunbeds to go round. The whole complex was clean and tidy. The rooms are cleaned and towels changed every day if you wish. Special thanks to the lady who changed our beds and towels. She was lovely.I can't fault any of the staff. Everyone was so nice. The only downside was that at different times of the day(not all the time) there was an unpleasant smell outside the apartments. It certainly didn't spoil our holiday though. Just a couple minutes walk from the most beautiful beach. The sea was lovely, clear and warm and very safe to swim in. There are lots of supermarkets nearby ( which we found quite expensive) but my husband and I walked to the Eroski supermarket which was about 25minutes walk away each morning and got what we needed for the day. It was a lot cheaper than the Spars! We really liked this resort but our two children are 13 and 15 so we maybe should've been somewhere a bit more lively for them but they still enjoyed it. One of the nicest hotel complexes I've ever been to and would love to come back again some day.

My family and I went to the hotel for the second time, both times everyone had a great time. There is a large pool, plenty of sunbeds. Kind staff, clean room, comfortable bed...all you need in a hotel

Very nice hotel, great facilities, supernice staff, great for kids and adults, lots of opportunities. Great restaurants, nice pool, close to the beach. Lots of neaby restaurants and shopping opportunities, bike rental and car rental.
