好後悔一早把行李放在了酒店，因趕着去景區，也沒在意什麼，想着回來後再辦理入住，但回來後因有事要走，想着當天18：00前可免費取消，想着行李也放了，和商家商量給200塊因可以了，想不到一按取消，這邊和商家談這事，誰想馬上拒絕，App也變了不可取消，想問下商家，你這房不可鎖上，人身安全和財產出了問題，你怎賠？別的不想再説了，但攜程這次真的不行，想找客服都是電腦，打電話也是，傳圖也不行，客户想投訴也沒門

因為是旺季去的，一房難求，建議大家提前訂！提前訂！提前訂！酒店位置很方便，離景區停車場大門口兩百米左右很近，住店的車停在景區裏，因為酒店門口有盲道，白天交警會貼條，佔盲也不道德。入住當天人特別多老闆娘忙得團團轉，但辦理入住很順利，需要交給前台一百元按金微信或者現金都可以離店退。房間中規中矩住慣高級酒店的朋友不要抱太大期望，房間裏設施較全，晚上睡覺一定要開電熱毯，不足之處是衞生間一直有水不知道哪流出來潮乎乎的。總體還算滿意，遊玩米倉山的朋友推薦入住。

首先我提前訂房，結果門鎖竟然壞的，不能關門，服務員輕描淡寫的説給我們“專門”準備的有凳子，用凳子抵住門就行了，沒有人推開，安全的很。房間的床鋪上也有臟的印記。第二天趕早去景區就沒有拍照。體驗感極差，景區人多，生意好能理解。可是既然開個賓館，衞生、安全不應該是最基本的嗎？？

優勢就在米倉山景區門口方便遊玩不足提前訂房後本來鎮上另外一家客棧可以幫我們搞定線路拼車就和賓館協商退款退房賓館老闆強勢不同意平台介入協商無果需要扣除30%房費才給退我和同行小夥伴商量了下絕的不划算就還是住這家房間除了地理優勢毫無性價比和第一天晚上住的漢中亞朵店無法比較價格比亞朵貴三人間的鎖是壞的我們拿房間凳子堵着門睡覺沒關燈開了一夜由於晚上冷我們分別開了一晚上電熱毯第二天鼻子上火了關於諮詢店家拼車或包車等事宜衹是提供電話自己諮詢聯繫從服務的角度也一言難盡其實很想打個一分差評但惻隱之心是和小夥伴們同時注意到運營這家賓館的老闆包括工作人員都年紀偏大打掃衞生還是一個很老的長者猜測是村裡本地留守的中老年人自己運營並不懂互聯網規則也不知道一個一星差評對這家店意味什麼最後和小夥伴一起集體商量不打差評了給個4分但真實住店感受不吐不快個人建議如果是夏天或温度適宜的時候衹想圖景區便利優勢對住宿環境設施設備沒有太多要求選擇這家店沒啥毛病在温差較大晚上較冷的時候年輕人或背包客大老爺們為了方便選擇這家店沒毛病（有電熱毯無空調）帶着長者小孩出遊的家庭請謹慎考慮

雖然是旅遊旺季，但是環境真的很差，條件簡陋，賓館裏非常潮濕，被子有黴味，我們2間房，有個房間對着樓梯，並且窗户對着房子裏面開，如果為了安全就要把窗户關了，完全沒空氣流通。熱水衹有小拇指粗細，無法洗澡，廁所裏面還有煙頭、頭髮，衞生很不到位，很差的居住體驗。

景區的民宿，這家算很不錯了！老闆人很好，熱情又健談，房間的衞生還不錯，被子枕頭都很乾凈，加上熱乎乎的電褥子，睡個好覺沒問題。衹是洗澡沒有大浴巾，用幾條小毛巾有些不便。熱水充足，洗澡一點也不冷。
