I think the bed is quite comfortable. It has central air conditioning. The room is cleaned every day. At night, the exhaust fan or the air conditioner sounds a bit loud but the earplugs are not affected. Personally think that the soundproofing is good. My room is close to the entrance and it is very quiet at night without being disturbed. The staff are very enthusiastic and warm, and they will be very enthusiastic to ask what they need. The most important thing is that the room has no peculiar smell. I booked a house before because of the heavy decoration smell, so I retired decisively and chose this one. It’s really wise . The service was quite good, but nobody spoke English. They were not able to order taxi for us. So it is excellent for only Chinese speaking tourists.

I came to Nanjing to watch a concert, and I was so nervous about the rooms everywhere. I’ve never had a bad stay at a Kempinski hotel and this one was no exception. Beautifully appointed room, friendly and professional service, a delicious breakfast etc. If I was to really critique I would say I was surprised to find partly melted ice in the room’s ice bucket and also that I do personally like to have a mirror in the shower cubicle for when I shave. This is being incredibly picky though and neither of these things affected my stay in the slightest.

The smart room was surprisingly worth it considering the price. At first glance the design concept is questionable but it kind of makes sense in an interesting way. Only downside is the shower glass;maybe some privacy glass should be added as well,not only couples will book the room. Service was perfect,location spot on. Overall it was worth it .

The hotel is new, the prices are average. 1. Room cleaning is not every day, for 5 nights it was cleaned only 4 times. 2. Dirty bathroom, fungus grows on bathroom furniture. 3. Breakfast does not match the description, ”European breakfast” but it is typical Chinese cuisine. Food is constantly scarce. A lot of dirty dishes. 4. The staff of the boys at the reception (staff) are not professionals, hes work slowly, they register at the hotel for a very long time. My score is 3 out of 5 points ⚠️. The hotel administration needs to check the qualifications of their staff, there are very few professionals. I would like to come back to the hotel later and make sure that they have corrected the mistakes.😉
