Lovely man minding the B&B but I was quite all right to range in exact time to meet me and open the door. Very convenient, three minute walk from the metro. Older building and old looking units, but definitely affordable for one night stay, especially if you need a tiny little kitchen, and they keep balcony

This property is in an absolutely disgusting and run-down state. The paint is peeling off, door and window handles are almost coming off, there is rust everywhere in the bathroom. The door in the shower was almost impossible to close as it was half stuck, half broken. The toilet seat also fell off on the second day of our stay and we got told that it cant be fixed for 3 days, so had to use the toilet without the seat. The beds are also made up on top of metal springs, so its not the actual bed, more like a matress on top of metal structure.

Ci siamo fermati una notte, bel posto pulizia super. Il proprietario gentilissimo e premuroso. Ottima posizione per visitare la città. Da tenere presente per le prossime visite a Napoli. Lo consiglio!

Ottima posizione a 1 minuto da metro, funicolare, shopping, garage custodito per auto, a 5 minuti dal lungo mare, dal parco sul lungo mare, etc.. Il mproprietario Federico è gentilissimo e non ci ha fatto mancare niente, è sempre stato a disposizione anche per cose che non riguardavano l'appartamento, tipo quando non sapevamo dove lasciare il nostro cagnolino per alcune ore. L'appartamento è spazioso, soleggiato, in una palazzina d'epoca con portiere. Noi ci torniamo il prima possibile.
