Poor hygiene, a few hairs on the bed, poorly laid sheets, poor facilities, no separate shower room in the bathroom to stand in the bathtub to rain, the hotel has a long history, but personally feel it is not worth the price. not bad. Passed by and stayed only one night. Egg Castle was closed that morning.

We stayed in a total of 14 people, divided into 3 apartments really more fun than the other! (The two beautiful communicating apartments really!) The location is top, two steps from the sea Caracciolo and Castel dell'Ovo. Cleaning and The hotel is very good and very good at our arrival. If we were to return to Naples, I would certainly return!' That's very good.

Very nice hotel located along the water. Balconies face the waterfront with a couple chairs and a table on each balcony. Large, well-appointed rooms. Huge breakfast buffet with waitstaff available to get specialty coffee drinks made to order. Large hotel that often has conferences, so reception area can be very busy. Reception staff not very friendly, but breakfast staff were very helpful. Easy walk to restaurants.

Very very recommended hotel, maybe the price is very good in winter, it is worth staying in summer, the sea view is invincible, the ice cream in the hotel roof restaurant is delicious, and it is very good.

I don’t think it was worth the price. Our apartment was on the first floor and was very dark and humid. It was clean but the couches had lots of stains on them which made it a bit unpleasant. It offers 5 people to sleep in, we were four but 2 adults and 2 kids and we need 3 sleeping spaces but when we arrived only 2 beds were made and not the third. When we called they tried to say that we had kids on the reservation which doesn’t mean they don’t need a separate bed. They said it was after 5 pm and they couldn’t do anything about extra set of sheets. We had to figure out something else until they brought the sheets the next day. The kitchen and bathrooms are clean but the beds and pillows are not very comfortable. We were not warned ahead of time that the building was under renovations and it was very loud from 8am on every day during the week, which made it hard for our kids to take a nap during the day. For the price we paid I had expected more comfort and service.

Stayed for two nights. The room (and lobby) were very clean and covered in art so there was always something interesting to look at. The staff were all lovely, interactive and very helpful for recommendations and booking transport. The location was amazing - really close to nice restaurants, the sights we wanted to see and the water. But the breakfast buffet was next level - brilliant spread of sweet and savory Italian foods alongside the classic cereal, yoghurt etc. Lots of things bite size so easy to try new things which all ended up being delicious! Really good value for location and service.
