Miss Kim at the front desk was so lovely and helpful. Truly a beautiful welcome… After a long day of travel….. that means everything!
Joshua working as a server in the cafe on the main floor at breakfast time was awesome too! I felt the Southern Charm coming through these two most of all. When in Nashville…. I’ll be back! Thank you for making me feel like family!! Xoxoxoxo MamaLiz

This is a new property so the room was very nice, clean, and new. Considering the price per night, I expected the hotel to have a few more amenities and a nicer "shop" for drinks, and such. It was just a counter of items with a self checkout. It's interesting that my friends and I all had king rooms, but mine was the largest. With that the value doesn't seem right.

I absolutely loved this place! It’s perfectly located! Close enough to the airport, liquor store right next door,15-20 min walk to downtown or do as I did and ride the electric scooter everywhere. Every staff member and server was amazing. My room? amazing! High ceilings and very modern, everything seemed brand new, plenty of places to charge electronics. My room had a desk with a vanity mirror, mini fridge, BIG TV, amazing lighting in the room as well, the works! Also most importantly the bed was very comfy! The roof top bar and restaurant? Amazing! everyone was very friendly and pro tip get the steak tacos! I will not stay anywhere else anytime i come back to Nashville, highly recommended

The hotel is newer so it was really clean. The bed was extremely comfy and the customer service was great.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service at this hotel. We had a family emergency and was unable to cancel in the 24 hr visit. Death of a family member is not planned so a little compassion goes a long way but when I called about refunded the no show charge the lady who helped me was not sympathetic or helpful. Customer service agents should have compassion and show empathy in these types of situations.

I asked 3 times for my room to be cleaned and they didn't clean it.
The maid service put a privacy sign on our door so they didn't need to do it.
Great location.30 min walk to downtown.

The parking situation isn’t ideal and the staff was minimal but the hotel was clean and those staff that were there were very helpful and friendly

Our room was clean, it was nice. Ceiling was unfinished. Heard pounding about 3 each morning. Had someone in room room next to ours slam door about two in the morning while we were there. They charged us an extra 75.00 after we had already paid. Found out it had valet parking, which cost an additional 40 per night. Took forever to get our car when we were ready to head out for the day and again when ready to check out. Was not happy with extra charges we werent expecting. And the noise from pounding and room next to us. It was a very comfortable and pretty room. Staff was not very freindly and both times were on phone, when needing to check in and out. Waited about 20 minutes both times.
