Hoburne Bashley

I visited Friday 3rd May for a quick chicken burger and fries. The chicken was raw and completely undercooked. I took the food back to the counter and they agreed it wasn't cooked properly. Terrible sending food out to guests that is clearly undercooked.

First time away with our puppy, it proved to be a good choice. The immediate vibe we got was that dogs were welcome and liked, this seems a theme around the New Forest in general. The Caravan was roomy and comfortable also met to the approval of our Springer, a lovely base for a weekend in the Forest. Our go to places were Highcliffe Castle Beach and Blackwater, Tall Trees Arboretum both with-in a 20 minute drive and an absolute joy for our dog. I would certainly recommend this clean welcoming holiday camp for any dog owners wanting to enjoy this lovely part of the country.

We stayed at Hoburne Bashley on 3rd May for a long weekend with my grandaughter, daugher and son-in-law, and had the best time. The customer service on this site is second to none! They were all friendly and so helpful and went out of their way to make it a great weekend. The accommodation was spotless and you could not ask for comfier beds. We had everything we needed in the deluxe plus lodge and the hottub was amazing! The childrens entertainment was great and my 5 year old autistic grandaughter loved it. The swimming pool is a perfect size and she loved playing in the soft play. The disabled facilities were also great. Infact we have not got a bad word to say about it and are all looking forward to visiting again in June and hopefully for many years to come. Thankyou all at Hoburne Bashley for making our 'very much needed' stay a perfect break. Definitely our favourite holiday destination.

Lovely caravan and the bed and pillows were sooo comfy! Staff very friendly. Only stayed a few nights but such a nice quiet site. Enjoyed a cooked breakfast on our last day which was very tasty! Would highly recommend and would go again! Have also stayed at Naish a few times but think I prefer Bashley.

Beautiful place, staff very friendly and helpful the caravan was one of the best we’ve stayed in very clean and comfortable the bed was the best deep mattress (might be a bit hard for some) that we ever had in a caravan Woodland walks around the site a nice bonus. Pools , steam room and sauna good Cafe. Bar and restaurant faultless Cant comment on children’s entertainment as adults although the children we saw appeared to be having great fun This site packs a lot in for one of the smaller sites that we have stayed on It was handy for day trips to Bournemouth/Poole New Forest areas We will be revisiting soon

Lovely park in a nice setting , fabulous location to explore the new forest . Great 3 par 18 hole golf course and a nice little crazy golf. Breakfast was very tasty . Swimming pool fun for the children. Caravan was nice . The things that let it down .... I'm not sure if short staffed but each evening the tables where left sticky and with the previous people's cups and plates on them. This was the same all 3 nights. There didn't seem to be any staff tidying. We had to clear tables ourself to allow for somewhere to sit for the entertainment. We were there 2 hours and all the other tables were not cleaned in that time. Also it wasn't overly busy but it took at least 15 minutes to queue for a drink with just four people in the queue. If these issues could be sorted then it could be 5/5. If kept clean and tidy it would be a lovely venue. Luckily we had kids wet wipes with us so could clean down the dirty table ourselves .

This was our very first holiday away with our 1 year old daughter. The team went above and beyond to make our stay as perfect as it could be! They helped us putting up the cot provided, they showed us around, and the entertainment for kids was amazing! The caravan was perfect for us 3, modern, well kept, really good size and close to the amenities. We reached the beach, the forests, few pubs, went for a bike ride but we were close enough to go back and put the little one to sleep during the day. It was a wonderful stay and we can’t wait to go back again!

Fantastic location, easy access to forest and beach. Caravan has everything you need, clean, tidy and very comfy - like home from home. Entertainment is fantastic and all staff really friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend for a great holiday

Stayed with friends who had small and teenage children on a birthday week vacation The park is well kept and all the caravans were spotlessly clean . We were all a bit stressed about noise on the park at night, but it was so peaceful and quiet when we went .We all slept really well. It was our first time with Hoburne staying in this area.We all agreed it was one of the nicest parks we have visited over the yrs Beautiful walks nearby in the New Forest and sandy beaches to explore ....we just wished it had stopped raining.Even so, the park offered a lot for the children to do. The boys were happy with the sports facilities and bar and they all got full use. The gals,especially the teenagers loved the young lad who entertained us with his wonderful evening show called Luke? I believe. We couldn't get over how great he was and he's so young! We honestly thought it was going to be dire as most holiday park entertainment we've all encountered elsewhere normally is. but were all so pleasantly surprised.The children also loved him in the activities during the day and we all felt that he should get a special mention and shout out in this review because he made our break away really fun and special .In fact all of the entertainment team were brilliant with the young children and seem to work so hard and always with a smile. We found ordering food a bit stressful,but the food itself was good,it was just the delivery that went bit haywire.There are however (if you want to eat off park) great places to eat nearby and if you stay here try out a few of the close by pubs as they do great food at reasonable prices too Every member of staff we found to be cheerful and went over and beyond to be helpful including the reception staff who sorted us out on a number of occasions.They are all a credit to your company Hoburne Bashley .We all had such a great time away.We will be back in a few weeks!!
