Bathroom smelled like smoke the entire time - manager said it was prob from vents connected to other rooms. He was very nice, but no way to fix beyond Fabreeze, which didn't work more than 30/min at a time. No AC. Room was ~12x14 - beds nice. Love interior brick wall. We didn't cook there, but it had all we needed. Location was fantastic! NY at Chris**as is amazing. Would we stay here again? 50/50 in a bind.

Perfect for a group in the city. The room was clean and came with a kitchen with all necessary pots, pans, and utensils for cooking. The area is close to many trains, stores, Times Square, and the Empire State, though it may get loud at times with the sounds of the city. Would recommend for a stay in the city with a group.

We loved everything about our stay. We traveled with 2 of our teen children and everything was perfect! The location, the room, the staff…LOVED IT!!!! The lady in the office is so sweet and accommodating!!!
