Hotel Indigo - Williamsburg - Brooklyn, an IHG Hotel

The hotel is just a 2-3 minute walk after getting off the subway. Overall, the interior and atmosphere of the hotel itself is pretty, but it was a bit disappointing that it took a while for the hot water to come out and there were no basic amenities such as disposable slippers and water. Still, the hotel overall was pretty and clean, so it was much better than the old place in Manhattan.

I enjoyed this hotel so much!! The staff is very nice and helpful with the exception of one man who brought me fresh towels he was very rude from the start which definitely caught me off guard, but other then that the bed was soft the sheets and blankets were great the shower had great hot water and water pressure the towels were nice plus the ice machine had pellet ice which was great also to top it all off the breakfast was amazing!! Both days there were different things and they were always hot and refilled constantly the food staff was very attentive and fast loved their hospitality!!!

Location GREAT Service- even better! I had Erika at check in- she's vivacious and a multi tasker...and took care of us quickly. I must say the breakfast is excellent! Chef Issac really cares about his area- everything was sparking clean, always full each item, and so much flavor in his dishes! Carlos was the cleaner and he REALLY took pride in the whole check in area and shiny windows! He was so polite- excellent team member! The only negative is my partner is 6'4 So next time I'd need a larger room But that was my error in booking. Thanks to all of you and to treating us so kindly- we will be back!

It’s a new hotel. It’s clean. The rooms are okay. The location is awkward. It’s between the industrial area and the residential area. There are no facilities around it. It’s difficult to buy anything! I dare not go out at night. But the deposit of more than 2,090 US dollars is a bit difficult to understand.
