We just returned from a wonderful 6-night stay at The Ritz Carlton-NoMad. The hotel is a great addition to Nomad. It is centrally located near Madison Square Park, Union Square and the R line subway entrance is steps away from the entrance. The Executive Lounge is amazing! The food from Jose Andres Group was delicious with many options during their all-day service. The view from the windows cannot be beat. Every member of the Executive Lounge staff went above and beyond to make our stay easy and luxurious starting with David, the Executive Club Manager and the wonderful staff, Juan, Juan Carlos, Yolanda, Wendy, Brenda, Brendan & Shane. They made our stay very special. We booked the Manhattan Club Level Room on the 37th floor. It was spacious and modern, and the Ritz Carlton bed was very comfortable, as usual. The unobstructed view from our room was stunning with an enormous picture window overlooking the city towards Downtown. We have already made reservations for a return stay in December.

Refinery is first of all a good location. It ’s convenient to go to Broadway to watch a show or to go to midtown. The nearby Bryant Park has my favorite breakfast shop. West 40th Street has good Spanish food. Michelin ’s chef ’s table is the highest in the world at West 39. Street ... you can understand so much. In fact, the room facilities are just like that. In contrast, I prefer their hotel public facilities and bathrooms. Their rooftop is a relatively popular restaurant with nice night views.

Must talk about it. Hotel location, service and hygiene, not to mention, anyway, generally pass. The breakfast was really good, things were basically the same every day, and I was tired for six days. By the way, breakfast is free to eat, no matter your room rate includes breakfast, just go down to the first floor to eat, no one cares, no breakfast coupons. What I want to say this time is that the hotel's checkout will not be refunded if you charge more! It was a very irresponsible and unreasonable hotel. Later, under the coordination of Ctrip, a part was returned, and Ctrip helped me to pay the rest. Thanks for Ctrip's support! The hotel received $ 162.76, but in the end it charged me $ 413.41, more than $ 250! The pre-authorization at check-in was only $ 187.76, and the front desk had no objection to the pre-authorization account at check-out. The remaining part was charged without my knowledge after leaving. What is the difference between stealing and stealing? And they are all received by mistake, and some fees are repeatedly collected. Later, with the help and coordination of Ctrip, the hotel promised to refund some of the fees that were repeatedly charged, and the overcharge of the front desk staff caused by their own mistakes was 125 dollars, and it was not refundable! Rooms are small, but clean and very comfortable. (We were impressed by how much storage space was available in the room.) Amenities are not fancy (small restaurant with limited options, small gym), but it's an excellent starting point for exploring the city. There was some noise bleed from neighboring rooms, but none from outside.

Amazing hotel in the best area , close to everything . Hotel itself clean , cute cozy. Room is very decent, we see the Empire State from our room , breakfast has hot and cold stuff and to go food if you want for a snack , I loved their coffee. People from reception, breakfast team, housekeeping are decent , helpful and working hard. They hv a cozy cute table downstairs for a drink or the 26th floor which is the top notch to see NY and direct to the Empire State. My only recommendation pls do a deep clean for the carpet in z rooms as we noted stains . I def recommended and will go there again and again

”Hip” and ”boutique” has become a metaphor for dirty and unclean. The ”hotel room” was bare bones, dirty, with previous guests used personal toys left behind end tables. The small kitchen was barely usable - no under cabinet lighting, no dishwasher, small fridge, coffee maker dirty and unclean, same for the broken toaster, no dishwashing soap for even the small amount of utensils and glassware. No effort was made to clean underneath the bed; the bed itself sagged. The room view is into tenement like housing (if I wanted a West Side Story experience, I would go to the theater rather than pay for this cheap ...calling it a hotel is a stretch). The balcony is a joke (at worse a hazard (make sure the balcony door is locked.) The corner space between the top mattress and boxspring was dirty, crumbs, dust, etc - clearly had not been vacuumed or cleaned since the Roosevelt administration. Wi-Fi is subpar. Another effort by a non-corporate hospitality company (or whoever owns this dump) to milk tourists who come to New York by renovating whatever this building used to be into a sub standard ”hotel” rooms and skating by on ”location.”

The room is sound proof so it is great for light sleepers. Maybe the hotel is in the fashion district, the interior design reflects it by adding a seeing machine toy to the night stand. The staffs are super nice. The bellman on the first floor is amazing. They not only store luggages, provide directions but also remind hotel guests the temperature outside might be cool that it is better to put on a jacket before stepping out. The hotel is popular. The check-in time is 4 pm even you are an elite members.

The location of this hotel is very good, there are six lines of subway lines (A, C, E, 1, 2, 3) not far away, not far from Times Square. Not far from New York's new landmark Vessel, next to Vessel can take Megabus. We have four adults and one child, and we have given us a family room, which is great! There are two 1 meter 5 beds, a high and low bed, two bathrooms, and a large living room with a simple open plan kitchen. It is very comfortable to live! The hotel staff is also very Nice. We met in the corridor and reminded us that we were a little cold outside and we wore a jacket.

The staff provided bright service, and there was a little problem during the stay, but they upgraded the room saying it was the hotel's fault! The service was so good and the location was not bad, so I was satisfied with the hotel! And most of all, the hotel where the people who stayed happily greeted me every time they met👍🏻 It was so nice. The view was great, so I want to stay again next time!

I thought it was a really relaxing place. Since June 5th, I have stayed several times in a row. I stayed for almost a month, but it is very convenient because there are restaurants, a market, and a convenience store nearby. Good location. After all, it's safe and secure, and it feels like a little sure house with a round on each floor. I want to use it again. The staff were all very kind. The front door is also safe with a security door. I was relieved with a security door that could not be easily invaded from the outside.
