Nous avons séjourné deux nuits à l’hôtel, voici les points positifs : - Accueil sympathique et personnel super - chambre propre et suffisante - piscine agréable - beau cadre - petit déjeuner simple mais suffisant on y mange à notre faim. Pour les points négatif: - personnel étranger, ne comprend pas toujours nos demandes - hôtel froid obligé de petit-déjeuner en veste et même écharpe à certain moment, très désagréable. - piscine ouvre tard et ferme tôt, nous avons pas pu en profiter pleinement. Aucune indication concernant les horaires d’accès à la piscine, obligé de courir à l’accueil ou de demander aux femmes de ménages. Il pourrait y avoir une feuilles ou un panneau à l’entrée du côté welness. - pas de place de parking, hormis 3 places devant l’hôtel qui sont constamment prise. - colonne de douche dans ma chambre plutôt vétuste, l’eau fuyait de partout - lit double très petit après les chambres sont petites de base cela peut être compréhensible mais la literie est molles et nous avons eu mal au dos. Dans l’ensemble nous avons passé un bon séjour, jolie promenade à niederbronn. Vous avez un carrefour market juste en face de l’hôtel, cela peut être très pratique. Les restaurants sont pour la plus part bon, même si nous avons annulé notre réservation à l’alexain parce que nous avons eu beaucoup d’échos négatif.

On our trip to Christmas Elsass we stayed two days at the ” Grand Hotel Filippo ” in Niederbronn - les - Bains. You are parking generously in front of the hotel. We were friendly welcomed. It receives you ” old charm of a bath hotel ”, with high well-being character. Who likes this, ” is exactly right here.” A large room, with bathroom and toilet, was top-clean, with small balcony, with ” view and noise ”, to the church in the neighbourhood. The ” breakfast buffet ” was of best quality, fresh baguette , salami , cheese, yoghurt, and café au lait ” were authentic. Also the ” juice and fruit - basket were ” fresh made.” A ” cream in the morning ” ..... is also credited. All in all a ” good start on an experienced ” Elsass - Tour.” In the evening we eat in the restaurant ” L'Arlaxain”. A nice restaurant, nearby, with prior service. But what's important is a good, fresh kitchen. That's for us ” Savoir Vivre .” Federico & Dolce Renata

The restaurant is nice. That’s where it ends. Please do not stay in room 602 if you value your back. I believe the mattress dates back to the French revolution. It was one of those soft mattresses or neither person can get a good nights sleep because they keep rolling into each other. As for the sauna and steam room, well they were barely warm when I went down there and I didn’t have the energy to go complain. They were a bunch of people sitting in the sauna which was warm, not hot. The steam room was downright cold. It is a cute hotel but they could turn up the customer service quite a bit
