the hotel is very clean,service is amazing and the breakfast is ok.most of the staff can speak English so that is very convinient.however if you have a room for 3 people then the amenities should be for 3 people not 2 people.the towels and sluppers were just for 2 people.also the room is not women friendly!they need dressing mirrors.generally I had a good experience here.

If you’re not needing the downtown CBD area, then this hotel isn’t for you. It’s difficult to find due to one-way streets, and all the drivers had trouble finding the entrance, which was always filled with several parked cars making it more difficult for drivers to enter/exit. The views in the room are all of other buildings across the street. However, the worst part of my experience was when the hotel disabled the air conditioning in the room in the middle of the night. When I complained, I was moved to a larger room that was literally 1 degree cooler, and an electric fan was placed in the bedroom. But between 1 and 4am, the room was sweltering, as many hotels are in smaller cities around China. I understand local brands doing this to save money, but this is an international brand. When I complained the second time, an employee told me Chinese people don’t like to sleep with the air conditioning on. I know that’s not true. Finally, the buffet breakfast was disappointing compared to other hotels of the same price/category. I won’t be returning.

The room is comfortable and clean, and the service staff is friendly and attentive. Since we did not reserve the buffet in advance, we were informed that the restaurant had been booked by a group when we arrived that day. Manager Guo immediately coordinated and arranged for us to switch to the Italian restaurant on the second floor to enjoy the set menu. The ingredients were fresh and delicious, and we were full. Hahaha. In the evening, they called us about our taste and asked if we needed any help. Xiao Yu, the concierge, gave us a surprise. It was so welcoming. I will stay at the Sheraton next time I go to Ningbo.

It's very comfortable to stay at Langham Place Hotel in Cultural Plaza, where every inch of land is valuable! Next to it is the Cultural Grand Theater, which seems to be very famous. It's more than 20 yuan to take a taxi from the high-speed rail station to the hotel, which is very convenient. When you get off the bus, there are staff to help with the luggage. The service is particularly good. The one who checked in was the Carry brother, who was very enthusiastic and the experience was very good! There was also a handsome guy who helped us deliver the luggage to the door of the room. The room is very spacious and has everything you need, including a sofa, a desk, a bathtub, and a floor-to-ceiling window! ! It's also very clean and has good lighting! The bath water is very comfortable, and there is a small bottle of body lotion in the bathroom, which is super thoughtful! In short, it was a very comfortable stay experience! After checking out, I forgot a piece of clothing in the room closet, so I contacted the front desk. It was the front desk brother Yves who helped contact the guest room to send my clothes to my home. It was great~ I have to give a thumbs up to Langham Place Hotel!

It's located between two metro stations, a little bit of walk if you don't mind, no problem. By one of the stations there is a big mall, underground is packed with food stalls and vegetable vendors. By the other, there's a beautiful park, Sakura park. You can access 02 different metro lines, which is convenient to move around the city (Ningbo museum, for example).
