Nice apar**ent. Tastefully decorated with a washing machine, which would be useful for people staying a bit longer. The apar**ent is situated at a quiet side street but only 5 mins walk from the metro station (line 2). It is also about 10 mins walk from Tianyi Museum (highly recommended).
The host was very helpful and answered all queries very quickly (we communicated by WeChat in Chinese). They even very kindly upgraded us to 2 separate bedrooms instead of the 3 persons room we originally booked.
Self check in was very smooth. They gave us the password for the electronic door lock on the check-in day.
A very enjoyable stay and we recommend this apar**ent.

特別適合一家三口，特別贊。一室一廳，房間很大，很大的玻璃窗，採光好，寬敞明亮。軟裝也很好看，簡約且温馨。還有洗衣機。客服態度特別好，服務周到。周邊交通方便，去哪都方便，房間乾淨，床單的味道很香，我還問了客服是用什麼洗的，順便種草了這個牌子的。裏面的設施很全，一次性用品一應俱全，性價比超高，是旅遊出差的理想選擇。

房間真的蠻不錯，感覺性價比很高啊，還僱了個保潔阿姨專門來打掃，蠻好的。房間採光也不錯，房東真的蠻用心的在經營，問了一下這些傢俱也不是什麼很敷衍的串串屋專用傢俱，都是去宜家買的。床墊也有牌子，就連房間內的水杯都是去宜家買的😂😂整挺好👍👍希望這樣好的民宿可以一直做下去，下次來寧波再住👍

酒店位置很好找，衞生很乾凈，外賣可以送到房間門口，非常方便。床很舒服，可以睡的很香。隔音也還不錯的，設施很齊全，房間色調配的很温馨，很漂亮，實物比房東發的視頻還好看。説幾個做的很不錯的細節，房間有一個鐵藝做的看上去像小沙發的標誌，其實是他們UHOME優户公寓的小logo,設計的還蠻好看的。其次是廁所裏的洗浴用品和吹風機、洗手液洗衣液，真的也都很不錯。真的是性價比非常高了。特別是酒店的位置超級好，天一商圈，吃喝玩樂啥都有，周邊月湖、天一閣、老外灘、鼓樓、城隍廟，去哪都方便。最後誇一誇房東，消息秒回，服務真的很好，還借我了充電線和雨傘，哈哈。

房間在11樓，很安靜，窗户看出去很寬闊。深藍的配色，非常好看，不愧是設計師設計的。房間非常乾淨衞生，管家小姐姐人真得好好啊，負責！寄存拿取行李很方便。超棒的！和天一廣場很近，周邊吃喝一應俱全。下次還來，已經推薦給周邊的朋友了。

位置絕美！離寧波火車站1站地鐵、離機場10站地鐵還不用換乘！城隍廟地鐵站A口出來，走大約200米、過一個路口就到～小區大門很顯眼，電梯要刷卡，卡就在電梯門上掛着～
廣濟街是一條小街，街邊各種小吃和便利店，還有路邊早餐車，吃早飯很方便👍
酒店就在城隍廟斜對面，出門幾百米就是月湖公園，再走幾百米就是天一閣。天一天主教堂、鼓樓、缸鴨狗全部步行可達～再遠一點的老外灘、江北天主教堂、慶安會館也都能散步走過去！住在這裏就是坐擁寧波城嘛～～
門口有很多趟公交車，去寧波博物館、南塘老街有車直達～超級方便👍
店家小姐姐超級貼心，我們中午到寧波，想着下午2點才能入住，耽誤出去citywalk，小姐姐看房間收拾好了就讓我們提前1小時入住了～如果早上到店、不能入住也沒關係，箱子可以寄存、等房間準備好了、店家會幫忙把箱子收到房間去哦～
店家態度好，房間設施也很新很乾凈～超級棒的入住體驗，以後來寧波還住這裏！已經推給朋友們啦～

出遊寧波，偶然在網上搜到了優户公寓，在鬧市中竟然有如此性價比之高的民宿，着實有點意外，進到房間給人的感覺就很舒服，房間很乾凈、裝修也很温馨！服務更是周到且貼心！如果下次來寧波肯定還會再選擇，也會愉快的推薦給周邊朋友。
