This company left me and my son stranded for 2 hours in the pouring rain. I paid for a month, did the deposit and they didn't send me a code for entry. For the entire 2 hours we waited in the cold and the rain. I had tons of luggages, they all got soaked because there was no room to get them out of the rain. After waiting while being on the phone with them, yelling at them, ASKING how they can do this to us, I booked another room in another "real" hotel and left because we were worried will be stranded outside all NIGHT. It is hard finding hotel rooms in Nottingham as it is, I had to think of our safety. So I paid over a 1000 pounds and the company is refusing to give my money back. No service provided, I never stepped into the room, because they didn't let me in. I did not breach the non refundable policy, since I was there, I didn't change my mind I showed up. Yet this company doesn't take responsibility and doesn't acknowledge the fact that it was THEIR fault, and refuses to give me my hard earned money back. Not to talk about my luggages soaked through, and we were freezing and shivering. I'd stay away from this fake hotel they are rude and they will steal your money even if you didn't do anything wrong. There are many nice hotels and air bnb in the area, some even cheaper. PS. While we were waiting some people who booked there entered and said they did this to us too. I'd go choose anything else but this place. But again it's your call. As for me I'm staying away from them. Never again. Completely traumatized
