This hotel doesn't even deserve one star!! Lackluster service, no kitchen on weekends! Overpriced prices 1 steak between € 21 & 24, tender meat, restaurant closes at 9 p.m.!! The employees don't care about anything, they're just a level person! We won't be visiting again!

Wir sind als lustige Mädelstruppe verreist. Der Empfang durch die Chefin war sehr herzlich und wir wurden über alle Abläufe aufgeklärt. Das Essen ist eine Wucht und hat uns jeden Tag neu überzeugt. Der Service im Restaurant durch die Chefin und ihren Partner ist erstklassig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden in naher Zukunft wiederkommen.

Wir waren schon mehrfach in der Sachsenbaude zu Gast und stets zufrieden. Diesmal hatten wir den Eindruck, dass hier und da „der Lack ab“ ist. Durchgelegene Aufbettungen, angeschlagene Möbel oder auch die hübschen, aber überwiegend nicht funktionierenden Schwibbögen in den Fenstern sind einige Beispiele dafür. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut wie immer, das Restaurant am Abend auch, das Schwimmbad mit Außen-Whirlpool sowieso. Es sind die Kleinigkeiten, die auffallen. Dazu zählt auch die stattliche Parkgebühr am Haus. Muss das wirklich sein?!

Wir waren nur im Restaurant essen und ich muss leider sagen, dass ich mich nicht erinnern kann, wann ich das letzte Mal so schlecht gegessen habe. Das Kartoffelpüree war angerührtes Pulver, alles schlecht gewürzt und das Personal völlig überfordert.

Das Personal war unkoordiniert. Das Essen war kalt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat überhaupt nicht gestimmt. Das Zimmer wurde gar nicht oder ungenügend geputzt. Wir waren diesmal sehr enttäuscht.

Die Sachsenbaude haben wir nicht das 1. Mal besucht. Jedes mal war was verändert. Dieses mal hat man die Einrichtung der Lobby und des grossen Raumes im Hinterem Teil modernisiert. Uns hat das Alte schwere Lederinventar auch gefallen. das steht im hinteren Teil jetzt, als Lounge. In der Lobby sind jetzt moderne Sessel eingezogen. Sehr edel. Desweiteren gefällt uns die WellnessOase. Schwimmbad und Aussenwhirlpool. Einfach super. Entspannung da pur.
Die Mitarbeiter alle super. Gingen auf alle Wünsche ein. Nett und freundlich. Wir kommen immer gern wieder. Einfach nur zu empfehlen. Wer abschalten will. Ruhe und Entspannung sucht. Ist hier richtig
