Location was good and it was clean. The staff were ok and the rooms too.

The hotel has a quirky layout comprising of two wings -- the Atrium and the Tower. We have stayed several times in the past and always seem to pick the wrong side to park. The first time we walked over on the sky bridge and meandered around until we found our room. This time we just drove across to the other parking lot -- much easier. Our room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Bottled waters were appreciated and we made good use of the coffee and tea making equipment as well as the storage in the empty fridge. Closet was small but as we were only staying the night it was not big deal. We chose the Delta for its south side location close by for a medical appointment and it worked out well for us.

We arrived late to the hotel due to an accident on our drive. We called a head to let the staff know we were still coming and were going to be very late (11pm). The staff at the front counter were exceptional. So friendly and had us heading to our room in know time. They were fantastic the whole time. They even offered free bottles of water on arrival and departure. Such a nice touch. This hotel is in a great up and coming location in Seton in the South Calgary. There is a fantastic hospital with in a 2 min walk, grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations and fantastic places to go for a walk. There are also a lot of residential areas around, so a great place to stay if you are visiting someone close by. There is not a lot if great clothing shopping (hopefully soon) around but there is stuff about 20 mins or further away. We were hear to visit family. We stayed 6 nights in a king room. It was very clean. There was a large desk space for my spouse to work at. a nice comfy couch, but the tv was really far from the bed which wasn't the best because you would have to have the volume very loud to hear it and the couch was on a weird angle. The bathroom was spacious and offered Paul Mitchell products. One of my favourites so it was a really nice touch. The restaurant was always busy. The pool area has a wicked waterslide. I loved it as an adult I could only imagine what kids would think of it. The hotel shares the restaurant, pool area and parking lot with the sister hotel that is next store. The bottom few floors will actually connect you to the other hotel. I do with the courtyard offered the included breakfast like the sister hotel does. How we have family close by we love staying here. The sister hotel is great if you need 2 bedroom suites but we have had problems with their staff. So would highly recommend the Courtyard.

Room was very clean and comfortable Staff very friendly enjoyed my stay very much Would recommend it to my friends and definitely stay here next time I am in Calgary didn’t eat at the restaurant but had coffee it was also very clean Thanks to the wonderful staff for everything

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel it was excellent my kids had so much fun in the pool. The service in the pool was not that great the server was not so nice but everything else was good

very good. In the south of the city, it is very close to the provincial park and supermarket gas station and the ring road. Downstairs is the avis car rental point. 40 minutes drive to the airport.
