The inn's specialty dish is sweet-simmered carp, but it was a pain to remove the small bones. Check-in is late, at 4:00 p.m., so it's difficult to adjust your arrival time. The alcohol vending machine seems to have been broken for some time. The cancellation policy is strict. The bath is closed from 10:30 to 7:00, but this is the first time I've stayed at a hot spring inn where I couldn't take a bath for 8.5 hours. Most of the customer dissatisfaction is probably due to the inn's management and operation.
