Absolute perfection. I can't find another way to describe how Massimo and Fabio took care of me and my wife in our stay in Palermo for my birthday. This B&B is in a magnificent location in Palermo city center, very close to all the main attractions, transport stations and bars and restaurants on foot. It is located inside an old building but the B&B is completely new and refurbished in one of the floors. Our room was great, very comfortable and clean, and so was the bathroom. Breakfast was a real treat, with toast, cold meats, cheese, eggs, fresh fruits, p (including Sicilian cactus figs), pastries, cereal, juice and great tasting Italian coffee. But the very best of our stay was our hosts, Massimo and Fabio who really know how to make their guests at home. Nothing is too much for them, they will recommend you nice places to visits, as well as restaurants, help with transport, etc. We hope that we can come back some day. One extra tip, the Ponticello restaurant down the corner is great and so is another place called Il Bisso, not too far from the B&B either. Fabio e Massimo, Grazie Mille!

It’s really not clean... The windows are small The sun is not good enough The surroundings are very ragged and hard to find by car. The bathtub is full of broken hair and cannot be used. I really regret it.

Sono stata in questo hotel con degli amici ( eravamo un gruppo di 16 persone) ad agosto per due volte in giorni distanziati. La prima volta Ho avuto una tripla e devo dire che era spaziosa, pulita, frigo funzionate e ne eravamo abbastanza soddisfatte. La seconda volta che siamo tornati in questa struttura è stato un disastro: nello specifico ci hanno assegnato una tripla destinata in realtà alle persone con difficoltà motorie e per questo la doccia non aveva sotto il piatto doccia ( fondamentale per non far allegare il bagno durante il suo utilizzo) e non aveva nenanche l’inclinazione centrale fondamentale appunto per non bagnare il resto della stanza.. abbiamo dovuto chiedere dei tappeti da mettere intorno alla doccia ma questi ci sono stati negati, ripiegando con due asciugamani che abbiamo dovuto noi arrotolare intorno alla doccia ( neanche sono venuti loro a farlo), ed inoltre il giorno successivo neanche altri asciugamani ci sono stati dati. Il bagno era privo di illuminazione cosa che al contrario abbondava nella camera da letto durante la notte in quanto la stanza, situata al piano terra, affacciava sul cortile sempre illuminato e la tenda copriva a metà la finestra... Per finire il tutto il nostro frigo era pieno di ghiaccio quindi inutilizzabile... ovviamente alla reception sono stati fatti presenti la prima sera i problemi riscontrati in quella stanza ( che non poteva essere cambiata perché la struttura era al completo), ma che avrebbero rimediato la mattina successiva.. bè, il giorno dopo la tenda copriva sempre metà finestra e il frugo piano di ghiaccio... La colazione prevedeva le bevande dalla macchinetta, dolce e salato servito dai camerieri ma il tutto era sempre ripetitivo ( Buffon al cioccolato, crostata marmellata e cioccolato, torta di carote, dei biscotti , macedonia, prosciutto , uova e formaggio Senza infamia e danza lode, molto dolci ( alcuni eccessivi) e peccato non ci siano stati dolci tipici siciliani, sarebbero stati molto meglio.

The hotel has an excellent location, adjacent to the famous Sijiaochang, in the most prosperous street in the city center, close to the railway station, airport buses, and main attractions. Within 15 minutes’ walk, the breakfast is rich, the service is very good, and the hotel has a courtyard. The room we stayed in, the bathroom is also big, it is the best choice for traveling to Palermo

This hotel is located in a residential area. If it is not for navigation, I don’t know that there is a hotel here. The brand is small and can be ignored. We once thought we were in the wrong place. This hotel is retro, nostalgic and artistic, and individuals are more inclined to modern hotels. Because of work and itinerary, we arrived after zero o'clock. The neighbor's child told us to call someone to receive. The waiter is still very good and very enthusiastic
