My boyfriend and I stayed at Twin Palms for three nights before Coachella and it was honestly one of our favorite vacations we’ve ever taken together. The staff are all lovely, super friendly and willing to help with anything you might need. Bikes are also available to use for riding around town – it was just an 15-2.0 min ride to downtown PS. The property itself is adorable and relaxing, a nice little oasis in the desert. Rooms are big and very well maintained, and ours had a private patio which was perfect. Plus, can’t beat having breakfast and lunch provided so you can enjoy and relax near the pool!

Have you ever wondered how they keep Disneyland so clean without a single thing out of place? Welcome to Twin Palms Resort. Adam and his staff (...which are FANTASTIC), are shining examples of what it means to give guests a 5-star experience. Our first visit was in 2023, we booked the next year before we left the resort, and we did the same thing this year. This is a STANDOUT EXPERIENCE in the mediocrity of what has become the collective customer service experience of our lives. If you are looking for a quiet place to unwind, in a white glove super clean resort, where the staff is as attentive as you need them to be - look no further than Twin Palms. Stylish, cool, relaxing, friendly, spotless, great location, lovely fresh breakfast and great lunch choices. Other guests friendly but not intrusive. Lovely neighbourhoodf to walk around and see uber-cool mid-century homes. Already booked to return in May. Well done to Adam and the entire team, thank you for making this solo traveller feel so welcome, safe and relaxed.

Spent two relaxing weeks at the resort. The staff couldn't have been nicer, or more pleasant and helpful. The resort was spotless and the amenities top notch. Of course breakfast and lunch included was great. The location in town was also very nice. Will definitely return!

My husband and I had a great time at Twin Palms. It was our first trip together to Palm Springs, and it was just what we were looking for. We felt very well taken care of by the team there, the other guests were friendly and respectful, the rooms were comfortable, and the pool/views were gorgeous. Loved that lunch was included so we could have relaxing lazy days at the pool with no need to go foraging. We will definitely come back!

Wonderfully relaxing desert break. We loved the complimentary breakfast and lunch which ensured that our time by the pool was uninterrupted. Rooms were beautiful and so comfortable. We are already planning our next vacation at Twin Palms.

Recently had my time stay at Twin Palms, and was delighted to find a place that felt like home…but more fun! The resort is immaculately clean, staffed with wonderful, attentive people, and as I guest I appreciated the relaxed, chill vibe. Beautiful space in a quiet neighborhood, not far from downtown offerings.

We just got back from a week at Twin Palms and have to say that it was terrific. Five stars for sure! Adam, Max, Boomer, and the rest of the staff were amazing. Everyone was so nice. The place looks amazing. What you see in the photos is what you get in real life. It make not be as lush as their other two properties, but it was no less beautiful. The room was large and very well appointed (could use another chair though). The bathroom was amazing. Lounging but the pool and hot tub with the palms and mountains in the backgrounds made you feel (as one guest said) like you are in a painting. Breakfast and lunch were a real bonus. If you really didn’t feel like leaving the property you could just hang out all day. The 24 hour canteen was wonderful too. Peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. This is not a party place and mostly couples were there the week we stayed and that was okay with us. If you are looking for that, there are plenty of other places in Palms Springs. Having available electric are chargers was a real bonus. I hate renting electric cars because of the hassle, but since they were on property it made it easy. They also have bikes to use if you want to tool around and see all the amazing midcentury homes nearby. I would absolutely recommend you stay at Twin Palms. You will not regret it.
