WE stayed at Park Plaza in October 2023. Very centrally located, within walking distance to great food and we rode our bikes to many trails without having to load them on the car. There was remodeling occurring at Park Plaza but any issues we had were quickly addressed. Our heat went out due to a tripped breaker, but maintenance staff was on hand. The room was comfortable and well equipped. We bought some of our dinners and ate in the room. Everything we needed was supplied. Park City can be very expensive, but we found Park Plaza to be reasonable considering where it is located. Fuego's is right across the street and had yummy pizza.

Although the staff at this hotel was always apologizing because they were under construction, we were treated with every courtesy in the book. We were there for six days just relaxing and recuperating from recent medical trauma and all the staff we met were very accommodating and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable and it was nice all the way from front to back! Great Resort, near Park City Main Street and the free city bus system. The room looked newly remodeled with modern amenities: gas fireplace & balcony. Perfect off season stay, very quiet and clean. Secured off street parking is a plus and staff is very friendly.

Spacious two bedroom suite. Clean, quiet, & comfortable. Fully equiped kitchen provided all we needed for a week-long stay. Comfortable bed and clean updated bathrooms. Great location in a very busy resort town. On-site underground parking a plus.

The front desk was very friendly and eager to help. Trips can be stressful at first as far as logistics, but Appio helped me get everything situated in the morning, and got the shuttle ready for me. As well as Bree, she was quite friendly as well, and helped me with directions to get around Park City.

Really great experience at Park Plaza! Amenities and service were great. They even had a courtesy shuttle to take me to Deer Valley. Also very close to bus stops to get me anywhere in park city. The rooms are spacious with all the essentials for cooking or preparing food. Great service and would happily stay again. Thanks so Appio at the front for his wonderful attention and service.

This was a great stay. Rates are reasonable for a very comfortable and clean stay. The beds are comfortable with a kitchen TV and fireplace. We would definitely come back here. It is a convenient walk to good restaurants. There is a tram stop nearby that will take you everywhere.

Very clean and comfortable in walking distance to lots of places. The staff is super friendly and text you each day to make sure you’re content and have everything you need. It’s undergoing renovations but we didn’t hear anything so it was fine and I imagine that’s why we got such a great rate- just under $200 for two nights. Would recommend and stay again.
