Hotel location is very good, the facilities are modern, the room is not too big, clean, the front desk is particularly warm, there is no Uber in the local area, all rely on the front desk to help call the rental.

Good location for travellers who have cars and don’t need to be downtown that much. Walking distance to the airport and hotel pickup and drop off services are every half an hour.

I had a wonderful stay! The customer service was excellent and the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean, spacious and had a comfy bed. Both my room and the hotel restaurant offered amazing views. The gym is well equipped with great machines.
Highly recommended!

kimyap11a lovely place to stay in st. johns for a few days. ample free parking but you need to walk a number of steps to access the lobby or your room. the rooms are large and clean. we took the signal hill room and it was conveniently located near the entrance. security is good as you require pin numbers to open the doors. comes with breakfast and the food was fantastic. each day a different menu. the service was impeccable. would definitely recommend. thank you.
p.s. no shops in the vicinity of the hotel so a car is essential.

Guest UserSo now it's becoming common practice to clean the rooms every second day? Not too long ago that was optional. So what happens when you only get two cups of coffee for your 3-day rental? I get frustrated that I have to participate more in a business to help them run and accept less service. Sorry that I'm venting but I just don't feel it's adequate. This is a Marriott Hotel, once upon a time that was something I felt was prestigious. I would recommend booking your Marriott on your bon voy account.

Guest UserThe overall experience was excellent minus an intoxic guest being noisy In the hallway from 1:45-2:30 am waking myself and daughter up. We were too nervous to do anything about it as we didn’t know what he was capable of doing.

I booked this hotel by mistake, as I was looking for a hotel in Saint John, not St. John’s. Goes to show, make sure you don’t assume things. Also, don’t book hotels when you’re about to go to sleep and haven’t had good sleep for a couple of consecutive nights. Lesson learned.

The house is beautiful. Looking out the window is the harbor, and the sunset is hanging down at the end of the sky. This time I came to see a friend. He gave me a day or two to go to the far east of North America.
