Ziyouzhiniao01This hotel in Valencia is relatively close to the old town. The rooms are large and equipped with kitchens, making it suitable for family travel. There is no parking lot in the hotel, so you need to park in a nearby public parking lot. The hotel does not have a 24-hour front desk, so you cannot check in too late.

Guest UserThe hotel is perfectly located, just a 10 minutes walk from the railway station. A metro station is a 3-minutes walk away. The hotel is small, but very clean and new (of 2017, if I'm not mistaken). My room's window faced the interior yard, so you will sleep at night quietly. A humble but decent breakfast is served in the morning (round eggs, jamon, cheese, cereals, fresh fruits/berries, bread & fresh bakery, tea/coffee). A remarkable feature is the 24-hour tea/coffee service available for free at the first floor -- very much appreciated indeed. If you are a fan of asian food, you will find lots of chinese restaurants around. Internet works pretty well (no problem with watching YouTube videos); it may disconnect once or two, but it did not bother any much -- just reconnect, and voila. The staff is very kind and extremely friendly, they speak at least English, Spanish, Ukranian and Russian. Overall, highly recommended for a single trip or for a pair visit if you do not want to pay for a large hotel.

Albert CKThe first impression is the size of the twin room…. Is huge …. Is do spacious that we can do some exercises inside the room. Breakfast is extensive with plenty of choices. It is also about 10 minutes walk to the nearby great architecture by Calatrava , Science museum Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias , Palau de Les Arts Reina Sofía and do on. There are also plenty of cafes, restaurants opposite and around the hotel, it’s very accessible to many places, will definitely come back again in our next visit to Valencia.
The only minor thing we noticed is that the furniture inside the room are cheaply made with fake drawers, but the beds are real comfy.

Guest UserOn this trip, we stayed at three hotels in Valencia, and this one was our third. It was by far our favorite! Everything just clicked: the location, amenities, proximity to the City of Arts and Sciences, and bus stops nearby for easy access to the beach, plus a huge shopping center. We were checked into the 10th floor, which is where the pool is located. They let us check in two hours early without any fuss and even allowed us to check out at 2 PM. On top of that, the hotel held onto our bags until it was time for our flight. Excellent service! The rooms had wonderful bedding and spotless white towels, and housekeeping cleaned every day. We'll definitely be staying here again next time we're in Valencia.

LuanlaidashiThe hotel is far from the airport, and a taxi costs about 25 euros. The famous Science City is nearby, which is a 5-minute walk away. There is free parking near the hotel, and you can also park in the hotel's underground parking lot (they said it was 15 euros a day, but they didn't charge me in the end). The hotel is not easy to find. The front is not big, and there is a bar at the door. The buffet breakfast is good, with the famous Spanish ham. You can also order meals. The room is not small, and the kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook. It is very quiet, and the security nearby is also good. You can run around the hotel in the morning. There are large supermarkets and small grocery stores nearby. It is quite convenient to buy things, and it is also convenient to go to the old town and the beach. The only downside is that the underground garage is very narrow, and parking is a test of skills.

Beautiful views from the room and everything was clean. The only problem i found was that the beer in the minibar had been drunk by a sneaky guest and filled with water, and had the lid put back on. I phoned up reception, and they said they would bring two beers, but they never came. Have a wonderful time other than that the beach was beautiful

Guest UserLocation: The hotel's location is excellent, close to the train station and several bus stops. You can easily walk or take a ride to the old town.
Facility: The hotel's design is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious. However, the mattress is absolutely terrible. Lying on it makes you feel like the bed might collapse at any moment. After a day of sightseeing, it's impossible to rest well on such a bed, leaving you even more sore the next day. By the way, Trip.com was very irresponsible. We left a note requesting a king-sized bed when booking, but our request was not communicated to the hotel.
Food: The breakfast area is spacious, but there aren’t many food options. We stayed for three days, and the breakfast menu didn’t change at all.
Overall: Hope the hotel can improve the mattress, as it’s a critical issue. Otherwise, the location is great, and the hotel is very new.

Nana❤️Stayed for 1 night: The room looked as it does in the pictures but smaller. The AC for some reason kept turning to 26-28°c when we’d turn it on after some time. The bathroom floor needs to be disinfected as there was a strong smell next to the toilet. The bed board had strange marks on them. The bathroom door got jammed and would not close and at one point wouldn’t open. We did call reception but maintenance were done for the day. Then we couldn’t turn on the lights in the room, we were told when checking out there was a button that we pressed which is maybe why it wouldn’t turn on, however there should be simple instructions of how to fix it left somewhere in the room as this isn’t a common issue in other hotels (the key card was left in ) our room key also stopped working at one point. The pool was also quite small and doesn’t match up to the pictures AT ALL. I don’t believe this hotel matches up to its price. Though the staff were helpful enough as not everything is in their control.

<Location> Valencia is a beautiful city, but it seems that the center of tourism is the beach. This hotel is close to the famous museum, but it is far from the beach. <Service> A very kind male employee is working diligently. However, there are parts that are lacking in a four-star hotel. <Facility> It is a well constructed hotel as a four-star hotel. However, maintenance seems to be difficult, and there are quite a few broken parts. <Price> On this trip, I arrived in Valencia via Rome, Florence, Nice, Genoa, Montpellier, Barcelona, and Madrid, but the hotel prices in Valencia seem relatively expensive. I thought this hotel was price competitive, but the price suddenly increased over the weekend, so I gave up the extension of stays. There are a lot of group tourists, and when they stay, the price seems to go up.<Comprehensive> Overall, it can be said to be a good hotel.
