Great
GGuest UserThe room was very well-equipped, with cooking utensils provided, and the dishwasher was a big plus; however, the air conditioning and heating systems kept turning off automatically, and the heater wouldn't turn on. After we reported this, the hotel provided breakfast for us one day because the repairs didn't take place until after check-out! Very nice! 👍🏻

SStuart22The Pullman Bercy is ideal if you want a relaxed, modern hotel in an extremely safe and accessible neighbourhood. Great for those who value comfort and luxury. + Location: From the hotel it's a few mins walk to the M14 line, a new and safe metro line that is connected tobAirport Orly and Gare du Lyon train station (RER A/B trains to Disneyland Paris and Charles de Gaulle Airport). M14 can also take you into central Paris to see the Louvre, Notre Dame and Palais Garnier within 30mins. + Cleanliness: The room, including water and towels, was refreshed daily. + Air Conditioning: The a/c worked well and kept the room at a comfortable temperature. - The TV did not have chromecast or similar wifi-streaming features available.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is fantastic, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. My family and I loved it; we booked two rooms for two nights. However, the reception staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming. We discovered that the rooms were on the top floor and were always cold because the air conditioning was inadequate. There was also a persistent unpleasant odor in the hallways. What bothered me most was the lack of water in the rooms, except for the minibar, which contained two bottles. After using them, the attendant asked us to pay for them. When checking out, they asked me how many bottles of water I had used. I said two because I realized I had to pay 5 euros for a small bottle, which is exorbitant. After paying and checking out, the receptionist announced that they had discovered I had used three bottles, not two, as if I had stolen a bottle of water. I booked two rooms with three beds each; we were a family, and one of my children might have used the hotel water without me noticing. I paid a considerable sum for the hotel, and the bottle of water was a small price to pay.

GGuest UserI chose this hotel for a five-night stay about two weeks before my trip, mainly for its convenient location to Roland Garros. The front desk staff provided good service, and the overall facilities were decent. The bathroom was a bit small with some drainage issues, and there was no coffee in the room, but these were all acceptable. For breakfast, they had freshly made poached eggs and omelets, and the menu changed a few times over the five days, so the overall quality was quite good. The hotel's location is excellent, with many restaurants nearby and easy access to public transportation. You can even walk to the Eiffel Tower.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious with a separate wet and dry area, perfect for the three of us! It's very close to the Eiffel Tower, about a 15-minute walk along the Seine River, which offers great photo opportunities of the tower. There's a large supermarket near the hotel that's open until 11 PM, which was perfect for last-minute shopping on our final day. Across from the hotel, there's a Korean restaurant; the ginseng chicken soup truly saved my stomach. Picture 1 shows the drive to the hotel; Picture 2 is the view from our room.

SsknoseyOn quiet street so taxi pickup and drop off easy and near to small supermarket, bank and restaurants of various types. It is half an hour from central paris but i chose to stay here because I was near to who I was visiting. My main bug bare is that the lift is painfully slow to come, to close doors, to go down. I am patient but this tested it. First time taxi drivers arrived before I could get downstairs! Breakfast for an extra €12 is continental. My room, the sink was a bit blocked so water took ages to drain. You would have to leave it and go but that is what I was usually doing so I didnt complain. Only one door on the shower so first day floor completely flooded until I asked for more towel mats. Its like a small local very old Travelodge but OK. Dingey and dark but if you are out most of the time then it doesnt matter. I would stay here again at a push. The lift just really got on my last nerve.

UUncle HsiungThe room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, and the location couldn't be better – right across from the North Station, with a metro entrance just outside. It was literally a two-to-three-minute walk from the Eurostar platform. The staff were diligent, responsible, and friendly. One time, I needed to print something at midnight, and Harold on duty immediately helped me out – a big thanks to him! The only downside to the hotel is the poor soundproofing. My room was next to a large room that could sleep five people. Luckily, out of my seven-night stay, there were only two nights when someone was next door: once it was a family with two crying children, and another time it was a group of young people…

BBee NordinLocation wise is good with easy access to public transportation - metro station and bus stop is just in front of the hotel. Few halal outlets around the hotel area and Monoprix (a supermarket) is just next building. If you stay longer, there's morning market on Wednesday and Saturday which offer a quintessential local experience for fresh produce, cheeses, and artisanal goods. Facilities provided is okay and comfortable. i have no complaint.

AAnonymous UserBreakfast: Standard continental, with a spacious dining area. However, the French chain burger joint right outside is absolutely delicious, with a Caribbean flair. Room: The double room felt cramped, which is understandable given it's only 13 square meters, similar to some student accommodations in the UK. I wouldn't recommend it. Cleanliness: The lobby is large and quite good. However, there were small bloodstains on the sheets, which looked like they had been washed many times. The bathroom is tiny, as the bathtub takes up a lot of space. It feels like an old building that's been converted, similar to the 'laopoxiao' (old, dilapidated, and small) apartments you find in Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou. You could probably find a better option for the same price. But then again, it is a chain hotel. Location: It's fairly convenient, within 30 minutes of major attractions. However, the entrance isn't very conspicuous, and you have to climb a steep hill to get there. There's a nice park near a subway station behind the hotel.
