Anonymous UserWe booked the Superior Double Room and I felt it was well worth the extra for the gorgeous view we had from 2 large windows - whether the skies were sunny or cloudy.
The location was excellent - within 5 to 10mins walk to the town and to Derwent Water and parking was well explained and ample. On entering Fellpack House, it was pleasant, well cared for and inviting. Our room on the top floor (stairs all the way up) was straight out of a home & decor magazine. The amenities, furnishing, towels and beverages were quality stuff and we saw that they also used locally sourced soaps and beverages. Housekeeping was daily and I loved that the gave us delicious chewy chocolate chip cookies each day!
The breakfast was fresh & flavourful. That they started off as a restaurant (that operates across the road and is highly rated) carries through in their breakfast - I ate so much and it was worth every calorie!
Best of all were the staff. We met many over the course of our stay and every one of them were warm, chatty, highly customer-oriented and witty!
Can you tell how much I loved our stay there 😀

Guest UserThe room was clean and very warm and comfortable. The staff was very thoughtful and patient. I recommended some beautiful places around. The breakfast was very rich. The ceremony was full. The taste was great. The whole town was small but it was very relaxing. Climbing the mountain and hiking the lake. There were many projects that could be played. Hope to come back next time

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely B&B in Keswick. The owners are incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
The breakfast was perfect each morning. The location couldn’t be better, just a 3-minute walk into the town centre and ideal for setting off on daily adventures.
The bedrooms were comfortable, and the ensuite bathroom was spotless. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and bring our dog next time

The environment and facilities of the B&B itself are very good, and it is a very atmospheric accommodation. The biscuits in the room were delicious, and the meals provided by the B&B were also good, but not cost-effective (some dishes were a bit salty). The location is relatively remote, and I feel that people who stay here generally drive their own cars. We are a bit far away from Keswick and Derwentwater, and if the bus stops, we can only call to book a taxi. However, the overall accommodation experience is still very good!

This is a historic building dating back to 1548, experienced 11 owners and is now a spa hotel
The hotel sits on a large area, with flocks of cattle and sheep in front of the door. The restaurant on the other side has a very good lake view and a large grass. Hares and squirrels often jump in the grass and woods. You can reach the lake by a small road or hike in the forest.
You can feel it from the elevator, the hotel is very old
The spa has a heated swimming pool, cold pool, hot pool, and an outdoor hot pool. It is really pleasant to face a large area of grass and woods.
The only thing to note is: check out at 11 o'clock, be sure to go to the spa before check out, after 11 o'clock to add 20 pounds per person.

We drove here with our dog, and it was a fantastic stay! The hotel is about a 10-minute drive from the town centre, but the scenery is stunning, and both breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious. The room was small but cosy, and they allow dogs for a very small extra fee, which was great. Every member of staff was incredibly friendly, and the food at the partner restaurant really impressed me—it even made me fall in love with British food all over again! For the price and experience, this trip felt absolutely perfect. I loved every moment of it!

Unexpectedly good, very pleasantly surprised!
1. The hotel is not big, between a small hotel and a B&B, a traditional English villa. (Three floors, no elevator, you have to carry your luggage up the stairs) Very warm and clean, with heating
2. Highly recommend his dinner, very very delicious, and very cheap, with color, aroma and taste!
3. There is a gentleman in the hotel, five-star service! When ordering, we didn't know which beer was good, he actually took three cups to help us pour some for each, let us try
4. In addition to the restaurant, there is also a bar, the beer is very delicious, similar to the kind of home-brewed
5. The location is also good, a few minutes walk to the town center. Ten minutes walk to the lake
6. Breakfast is not a buffet, there is a menu to order, very special
