Lovely but basic little bed and breakfast in an excellent location. Great views from the mini balcony. Federika our host was lovely, gave us some great recommendations. Note you are next to the archaeological museum, a must see if you are visiting to go to Pompeii or Herculaneum. Pro tip - get on the circumversuviano line to Pompeii Scavi/Ercolano Scavi at Porto Nolana, you'll get a seat before the train gets wild! I would say if you're out all day seeing the sights this is a great place.

The Bellini House was a really cute B&B experience!! My favorite thing about it was the staff. The girls were all extremely friendly and helpful, and made me feel right at home. There are only a handful of rooms, so it felt really cozy here. The breakfast and hangout area was right outside of my door, which made me feel close to other guests and safe, especially as a solo traveler. There were drinks and snacks that you can help yourself to and a ”honesty box” system. The breakfast was a wide selection of pastries, fresh squeezed juice!! and eggs that were made to order.
The room was big but quite basic. It was also sufficiently clean! Please note that there is no elevator here and The Bellini House is located one floor up from the ground floor, so you will have to carry your luggage up the stairs.

We booked feeling a little nervous as we read the various reviews but also hesitated with little experience of a B&B Guest house.
There seemed very few choices in Naples ( Chiaia district) a prime , safer area ; to have a suite with some kitchenette and a very reasonable price.
We were warmly welcomed to our studio suite, spacious , well organised with a lot of thought in the location of design of fixtures and furniture; seating to take breakfast, working desk and or relax on the sofa.
Brightly lit room with big “can open” sound proof windows or option to use the air conditioning system . Views of the nearby residential apar**ents actually helped us feel at home ( even though we were not able to enjoy the Naples sea view)
Bed, mattress , linen and pillows were fine ( for those who require more specific finer finishes should not go to a Guest house)
Bathroom was practical and had all that one needed, with hand held shower and rain shower installed.
Kitchenette had electric stove , coffee maker, kettle , Fridge and utensils. Again sufficient for a 4 night stay.
Any longer an oven or toaster would have been nice to heat up bread.
The highlight worth mentioning, as most reviews have , is Massimo who helped us with recommendations, guided us with a local map, booked day tour to Pompeii, our taxi and so much more..
Honestly, for those of us who have been lucky to stay in 5 star hotels will know that you don’t always get this type of discreet professional reliable hospitality that Massimo has shown us.
If you don’t mind staying at a guest house which may sound daunting , or that the entrance of the building may be slightly off the side street but having read this review will reassure you that the 24 hours security guards and the gated premises made it feel like a home away from home.
Thank you Massimo
and team for keeping our room super clean , daily when we really didn’t expect the service. Likewise appreciated the small touches of receiving disposable raincoats in case of heavy rain on our tour.

xiaotailangThis is an economy hotel located about a 10-minute walk from Napoli Centrale station. The surrounding area has fishmongers in the morning and can be a bit lively at night, so if you're sensitive to noise, you might want to consider other options. The room was a bit dated, but it was kept very clean, so there were no issues there. The cleaning on the second day was also perfectly fine. There are many restaurants nearby, and for groceries, there's a CONAD supermarket next to or a short distance from the Naples station. The front desk staff were kind and friendly. If the price is right, I'd definitely like to stay here again.

This hotel is in the perfect location, 2 minutes walk from the central train station. It is clean, has very good air conditioning, breakfast is good although some of it is served by staff. All in all, a very good place to stay, I highly recommend it.

The hotel is in a great location the big complaint was that wifi wasn’t working and first day i let front desk know and he said “ yes we know” and didn’t say if they would fix it or when. Then at night wifi still didn’t work and different front desk guy said to try in five or ten minutes still didn’t work. Then when we left the next day the front desk said it hasn’t worked for a month so very disappointed that they don’t let guests know this not try to resolve this. The room is clean and location is great but just dune expect ANY wifi

Anonymous UserThe hotel is in front of the train station, great for anyone who wants to travel and has no limits of movement, since the metro is very close, the hotel is located in a typical charming palace of Naples, at the first floor, (a different design from the rest of the palace) the room is well at first look, but also has some problems, on the bathroom side there are often unpleasant smells likely from the wastewater system, but this problem (fortunately) goes out in a short time by downloading the water from the toilet, cleaning is done every day, which is a positive side, breakfast is included, overall is a great hotel to stay a few nights (2-3)

The B&B was in a great location very close to the train station and luggage storage lockers.
The room was lovely with a usable balcony at both windows. It was a reasonable sized room with an en suite.
The breakfast was a basic continental with bread, croissants, jams and coffee but it was plenty to keep you going.
The check in process after 8pm was a bit tricky, the phone number on the gate downstairs is an unavailable number. Thankfully a nice man let us through the gate but we had to walk up each level until we found the right door withing the apartment block. The number on that was correct and someone came to check us in within 10 mins.
It was a nice, quiet room with a fridge as well.
Very close to the centre for meeting points for activities such as to Pompei/Vesuvius etc.
I would stay here again in future, again you get what you pay for, it is budget accomodation.

Guest UserLovely service, though a little slow at breakfast (nobody behind the buffet, I thought it was self-service). The room was clean and well stocked. The only things I'd change would be the fire alarm/emergency lights in room are very bright, and the drains needed cleaning to drain faster.
Food was lovely, but a wider choice for dinner would be appreciated. The room service menu differs too much to the menu at dinner.
Good location near airport & train stations for getting into the city & to other areas like Pompei, Herculaneum, Sorrento etc.
Room was very clean and comfortable.

It is a very old homestay. I went through the four doors. The key was in the password box. There was no problem with security. I had to pay the city tax with a credit card in advance. No one was at the front desk. It was fully self-service. The name of the reservation person and the credit card were fine. The peers were not good. It was a bit hard. The interior is OK, old and quiet.
