Our tour operator booked our stay in this hotel and it wasn't a pleasant experience! Service: There was hardly any staff available to service the guests.When we reached the hotel, there was not a single staff/bell boy to carry our luggage.We had to carry it ourselves to the room.The hotel seemed vacant with hardly any occupancy! The reception guy told us that breakfast will be served portion wise/per guest and to be ordered a day before from the set menu (hardly any choice was available in menu) and due to lack of occupancy no buffet will be served! Then why do the hotel commit of providing buffet breakfast? Also many services were closed/discontinued but still the posters were still placed at different areas.The swimming pool area had no lights and no lifeguards. Overall the service was not good! Rooms: The Rooms looked dark even when all the lights were switched on. Very low lighting and no ventilation. There were also mosquitoes in the room! The room was also not at all spacious.Overall the Rooms were not good! Food: The quality of food was not good and most of it was bland.Also limited variety of fruits were served during breakfast of which only watermelons were good! Location: The location of the hotel was good and we could reach nearby restaurants and eateries by walk.Also the beach was at walkable distance.(the only positive point) So overall our experience at this hotel was not good and we would not recommend this hotel at all!
