This hotel has boxing school downstair
(the owner is the son of the hotel owner)
The staff already warn him but he claim he is the son of the hotel owner. So, he do not have to listen to anyone and they also can do nothing about it

Great location. Walkable to many restaurants, shops, and the beach. When I checked in, they told me that I needed to wait for my room it was not ready. When I went back to check over an hour later, it still was not. It took hours for the room to get ready, and when I got settled inside, I noticed any ants, including in the bed. They switched my room immediately, but I was still a bit sore it took so long to ready the room for it to not be liveable. However, I do appreciate the immediate response to my concern. The roof is very large, but the pool area is not. Still great views, however.

Fantastic room and great location! The room was a great size with huge bed and bath. The house keeping was very high quality. The location is right by the beach and bar streets. Breakfast was a little expensive for what it was but we mostly ate out. We asked for a quiet room and staff helped us with that.

It was a nightmare stay at this hotel 0 professional service and our first day the room got sinking from the rain!
And the room got ready after 4pm and when we leave they refused to wait 30 minutes!!
Overall I will not comeback to this hotel and not recommend it to anyone
This hotel should be 3 or 2 stars hotel but not 4 stars

Close to the Patong beach and a street away from the bustling night life of Patong. Great choice for a place to stay close to everything happening in Patong.

The hotel is so clean and good location.i really like the hotel but the staff are too rude to answer the customer questions.the Mua Thai sound is too loud in the morning and its disturb the customer sleep

Such. A good location near Patong beach, the room is spacious and quiet, very modern. Staff are well trained. Breakfast is 300 baht, sufficient enough, not many choices. The only problem is water temperature in the shower, one minute it is hot and then cold. Swimming pool on the top roof is so NOT as it looks in the pictures,
