這民宿最大的特點是距離白水洋景點很近，走10分鐘就到，由於民宿在景區內，下午5點後進去要派人接，客人交了景區門票按金後可以直接開車到民宿樓下，挺方便！但設施相對簡陋一些，房間也不大，隔音不好？

住在景區裏，主打一個體驗鄉村生活 乾淨衞生。但是設施確實簡陋了一些 老闆一家服務很好，女主人燒菜手藝特別好 但是在山裡沒有別的可以吃，餐飲收費有點太高了，建議大家談好價格再吃，不然吃完結賬會覺得被宰了。

我們是第二次入住白水洋馬鞍農家樂了，這裏離玩水地方近，遊玩方便，早上可以睡到自然醒省了很多趕路時間，還有就是買一次門票可以無限次遊玩，老闆一家還是一如既往的熱情，老闆娘的廚藝更勝一籌，孩子們吃得可開心了，這次來三床房居然安上空調了，雖然白水洋的天氣晚上幾乎用不到，但可以見到老闆也在不斷完善設施。祝老闆生意越來越好👍👍👍

天下奇景最美白水洋，景區內的民宿，比在景區外邊的酒店住更方便，更有人情味。很晚到，老闆還特意開車到景區門口接我們，幫我們搬行李。老闆一家人都很熱情淳樸。飯菜可口，比平時多吃了兩碗。設施相對簡單些，但衞生很好。原生態農家樂，在半山腰上，沒什麼商業化、模式化的東西，舒心，有種回到姥姥姥爺家的感覺，還有一種腳踏實地的平靜與放鬆，內心的浮躁得到了很好的舒緩。以後還會再來。

非常推薦，房間整齊乾淨，飯菜可口美味👍老闆很熱情，來觀光車站接我們，還幫忙拿行李👍老闆娘做菜手藝好，炒粉，土鴨土雞，農家菜都做的很地道，土灶台煮的稀飯很不錯👍民宿在景區裏的半山腰上，夏天去晚上很涼爽，不用開空調還要蓋被子😀開門見山，坐在門前看山看景，感受風輕雲淡，很放鬆👍帶娃去水上樂園玩水，回來的時候也可以請老闆開車來接我們回，省了很多走路的力氣，老闆娘也會幫忙煮薑茶給孩子喝👍一次很不錯的體驗，避開喧囂的城市，南來北往的旅客也會在飯後喝茶聊天，以後有機會還有來的，感謝老闆一家熱情的招待，謝謝💕
