The overall space is large, but both bedrooms are 1.5 meters small beds. The kitchen has pans, cutlery, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a dishwasher. But there is no seasoning. Receptionist Magda was absolutely wonderful—so welcoming and engaging! She recognized us from our first visit and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy and comfortable. To our delight, she even told us we’d been upgraded—how exciting! Her warmth and attention to detail truly made our stay special. From the warm welcome at check-in to the spotless, comfortable rooms with beautiful lake views, everything was just as perfect as we remembered. The staff are consistently friendly and attentive, and the location is ideal — peaceful yet close to shops, cafes, and restaurants. It’s rare to find a place you want to come back to so quickly, but Mercure Caroline Springs truly feels like a home away from home. Already looking forward to our next visit !!! "This is a very nice resort. The interior is very clean and large. Bed is comfortable and toilet is good with jacuzzi. You will see kangaroos and cockatoos outside the cottage in the morning and evening. My kids enjoy the stay very much. However you need to either cook your own meals or drive out to eat. The drive is about 15 mins."
