Chrystalla Hotel

Great location right next to the beach and a short walk to the *****. The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly. The food is themed every night.. There is Always plenty of choice even for the pickiest person or child. Always lots of sun beds available around the pool area. Will go back again when our next holiday comes around.

Fantastic hotel!! Had a wonderful holiday at this perfect hotel. Every aspect is faultless for us. Top marks for comfort, cleanliness, food, care, facilities and friendliness and location Thank you , again to Kiriakos,Nikos, Chef and all wonderful staff, who all made our holiday the best ever!

This place is amazing. Food is gorgeous,,had worse at a 5star hotel. Staff are so friendly. Pool area is great, clean, and plenty or sun loungers. Literally a stones throw to the beach. Water is warm to swim in. Room is cleaned everyday and spotless. Defo will be back. We travelled with 3 kids Inc 2 teenagers and they also loved it.

First time at the chrystalla hotel and absolutely loved it. Location is fantastic so close to fig tree bay and also shops,bars and restaurants etc. We were in one of the new rooms on 3rd floor view of beach was gorgeous. Rooms are spacious and and very clean and modern. All meals are buffet style with an excellent choice of very good food. The staff are so lovely and friendly. Pool area excellent loads of sun beds and poolside bar. Would definitely go back.

A little gem of a hotel in a great, quiet location. A few minutes walk to the front gives access to the coastal paths which run for several kilometers in either direction, leading to lots of quiet, smaller bays, ideal for swimming. We upgraded to the superior sea view room, on the 5th floor, and it was well worth it. The room was spacious, comfortable and well appointed with great views across Fig Tree Bay. The pool are is large with plenty of sunbeds. Due to it's size the hotel offers a limited choice of food, but what it does, it does very well and we always had a very nice meal. Drinks prices were very reasonable and on a par with other bars in the *****. The staff are warm, friendly and helpful. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending this hotel to any traveller.

We can't find anything to not like at the hotel the staff are all friendly the rooms are clean the beds are comfortable the food is excellent especially the soup at dinner its always a chilled out holiday we love coming here the new extension looks great just waiting to be able to go to the new roof bar next year

Pound for pound, the best hotel I've stayed in. If you're looking for a great location, lovely rooms, friendly staff and lovely food, look no further. The location is less than a minute stroll to Fig tree bay and the '*****'. The rooms are clean and a decent size. Sea view rooms get the sun in the morning and the other side in the afternoon/evening. The staff are all friendly and can't do enough for you. The food is delicious and varied. Each night has a different theme with lots of choices. On top of the recent extension, they've put in a rooftop bar with panoramic views ( not open until next year I believe). I can't wait to get back. Any poor reviews of this hotel, I would totally disregard.

This is the 1st visit to Crystalla and it wont be the last. WE loved eveything about it. The Staff were lovely and all good fun . And very polite The food was very tasty , The Room bigger than we imagined, The pool area was great plenty of sunbeds for all. The whole place was relaxing and chilled out, Cant speak highly enough of this lovely hotel. We got home yesterday didnt want to leave, Got straight onto First Choice on our laptop and booked to go back next near. EEEEEEEKKKK Cant wait.

This was our first time back to Cyprus after 24 years and we weren't disappointed. The reason for picking Protaras for a two week holiday, was due to our experiences of fig tree bay and surrounding areas when we're living in Nicosia (work related). We chose the Chrystalla Hotel because of the very positive reviews and again we weren't disappointed. We were very fortunate to be in the new extension on the fifth floor (room 515) the very end room on the top floor. I agree with the previous review if you want to sit on your balcony all day in the sun then choose a mountain view, but why would you do that when you have one of the best beaches in Cyprus of Fig Tree Bay, I know some won't agree......The pool area is very good, although we never took advantage of it. There are lots of sunbeds, but this doesn't stop certain tourist from reserving their spot with said towel, which at times is very amusing. We were half board, the food was good and always something to eat, even if you are a fussy eater. Rooms cleaned everyday. The staff were lovely and always helpful. Going back to the beach of Fig Tree Bay, unfortunately this is now slightly tarnished by the smell of cat wee first thing in the morning when walking onto the beach and at night when out for a walk. Years ago Cyprus had an issue with stray dogs, but now it's cats and the worst thing is that the tourists feed them, which encourages them to hang around the hotel and other places. For us as a couple, I wouldn't hesitate to return to the Chrystalla andI would be happy to return with family and friends. Thank you for a lovely holiday
