Excellent stay again at the Alcazar . First class hotel with amazing staff . A la carte restaurants are all very good with the Lebanese one being the absolute best . Special mention to Alsayeed in the lobby bar who is the best barman in Egypt - his cocktails are great . Ahmed and Hossam at the adult pool are excellent - as is Ahmed in the beach bar . We will certainly recommend this hotel to family and friends .

From the 17 to 24th december i was in this beautiful hotel in room 2017. My first impression when i entered the resort was WOW ! I could not believed how beautiful and clean the place was. When i entered my room i had the same feeling as everything was perfect. Spacious room, beautiful garden view and a minibar to die for !!. The day after was my wedding anniversary so my bed was decorated with flowers and ballons and i got a beautiful cake with a heart on it delivered free of charge to my room. What a lovely gesture ! The staff are so attentive to everyone’s needs always asking if everything is okay. The food was out of this world in the buffet and the a la carte too. The chefs are preparing fresh food in front of you and so much choice to choose from. The animation team works really hard everyday making sure everyone has a good time. The evening shows were of a very high standard and i want to say thank you to all the dancers. I could write so much more about this place but you have to come and see by yourself as i am sure you will have a blasting time like i had. Myself and family traveled to egypt on the 21st March for seven nights. This was our first time visiting Egypt. We arrived at the Steinberger Alcazar late evening, we were greeted by kind and attentive staff and offered refreshing drinks and a cold towel. I have visited many renowned hotels however, this is the best check in service we have experienced till date. Check was fast and we were taken to our swiftly, I was really grateful for this as our kids were tired and hungry, and my younger child is autistic so I was keen for him to relax from the sensory overload experienced from the long journey. The Steinberger Alcazar is breathtakingly stunning and cleanliness is outstanding. Our room was beautiful with a balcony over looking the pool and close to the main restaurant, again this was much appreciated with young kids. We enjoyed meals at all the restaurants which we reserved at reception. My only recommendation would be a wider choice of kids meal as the restaurants all offered the same meals for them. The chefs at the buffet were outstanding and so friendly and they would make dishes for the kids. The staff at this hotel is what stood out the most for us, they were exceptionally kind and attentive. I'd like to add a huge thank you to Cherine and Vita, they were just so helpful and attentive, their customer service is exceptional, they are truly a credit to the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay at the resort and have recommended it to all our friends and family. I really hope to visit again.

I will start the review by reiterating what I have said before - there is nowhere else at Easter where you can get guaranteed sun at such a price that gives you ridiculous value for money. As for the review name ………. We only ate in the buffet for one evening meal, for the rest of the two week holiday we visited each of the restaurants in rotation. The food was better than we had eaten before but there were moments that have to make you smile : We visited the same restaurant three times and ordered the same starter and received three different dishes 😂 Its the first Italian restaurant in the whole world I have visited that doesn’t have its own coffee machine 😂 The dishes you receive does depend on the standard of English spoken by the waiter - on numerous occasions we ordered different beef dishes but received exactly the same plates of food 😂 The evening entertainment is very hit and miss - on one night you could have the most fantastic singer and the next night someone who could give a husky a run for their money. Especially humerous is lyrics interpretation that would give Peter Kay hours worth of material. If your a couple on your own you will get frustrated at breakfast and lunch time - there is no adults only areas don’t can get quite loud - if you book the restaurants after 8pm you will have a lovely quiet meal. We visited during Eid al-Fitr and the local guests can be very demanding and extremely rude - the hotel does go an extra mile during this week (it is a celebration after all) With the exception of housekeeping the staff are continually on their phones to the detriment of customer service - and watching waiter management shout and scream at staff can be both funny and excruciating. This is such a simple change that could be made by the hotel that would easily improve service. All in all though it was a great holiday that we really enjoyed

I adore this wonderful hotel and happily return every year. The hotel represents a relaxing luxury break from every day. What I appreciate most are the professional and helpful employees who create a wonderful experience. Here I have to single out the manager Mr. Wael, who always makes sure that our vacations exceed our expectations. All the aspects of architecture and urbanisation (gardens, rooms, supporting infrastrucuture, ambience, details, tidiness, cleanliness...), culinary, drink offer etc. are impeccably designed. With the all-inclusive package, you can pamper your taste buds practically all day in a diverse range of restaurants and bars, because the culinary offer is truly exquisite. I warmly recommend this hotel to anyone who likes a relaxed and luxurious atmosphere, something good to eat and drink and appreciates professional and quality service. I have been traveling to Sharm regularly since I was a child and I can confirm from my own experience that this hotel surpasses all the others. I have been a loyal to this hotel since I first came here because it charmed me so much since the first stay.

A place we’re happy to call our second home. Not only because we’ve visited here with all the family and our solo selves many many times - but because we’re made to feel extremely welcome by so many who have become friends - and always but always go the extra mile to make every stay better than the last. We will be back, make no mistake!
