It's definitely a money grab during the May Day holiday! It couldn't be simpler! More than 500 a night is pure money grab! 1. Hair all over the floor, ants all over the sheets and quilt covers... 2. All facilities are very simple, the bed is like a camp bed, it keeps shaking and making noises, it's so loud that I dare not move! I was awakened by the noise of the bed when I turned over! The mattress is bumpy, and the sheets and quilt covers can't stick to the skin, it's itchy and scratchy! There is no choice but to sleep with clothes on! 3. The hot water is sometimes available and sometimes not. The water heater installed by the store is too rubbish. It's impossible to take a hot shower continuously. The hot water is gone in 3-5 minutes, and then it's all ice water... It's so cold 4. It's very noisy, very noisy, the door is not soundproof, it starts to make noise at 6 or 7 in the morning, and there is also the sound of electric drills... It's so depressing 5. It's very damp and cold. There is an electric heating fan in the room, which is noisy and dry when it is turned on... 6. The only heartwarming thing is that there is a short-haired sister inside, who is very nice. But, you really don't have to spend more than 500 a night to stay here! ! It really feels like a military march... The bunk beds in the army are better than this bed! Honestly, for more than 500 yuan, I would definitely stay in a hotel! ! Don't come to this so-called B&B, it's really just a temporary B&B...

The location is good, but it is not comfortable to live in. First, the house is surrounded by noise. On the left side of the house door is the staircase, toilet and kitchen against the wall. People going up and down the stairs pass through the corridor in front of the house door to the next door reception room on the right, and then go to the small courtyard for eating and drinking tea outside. Upstairs is a wooden house with footsteps and voices. Second, the house has only one small window, which is not convenient to open. The toilet has a window that cannot be opened. The whole small room is not ventilated and very stuffy. The air conditioner and exhaust fan make buzzing noises. Third, the sound insulation effect is also very poor. It starts to make noise at more than six in the morning and is still noisy at more than one in the evening! And when I reported the situation, I was directly ignored.

The hotel is right in the scenic area. The rooms are fully equipped, comfortable, and clean. The owner is very friendly and I will definitely stay there again next time.

The transportation is very convenient, and it is only a five-minute walk from Zhongshan Park Subway Station. It is also located inside the Badaguan Scenic Area, with a very good environment and close to the beach. The landlord is also very nice! I would recommend it to others~

As soon as we entered the courtyard, the enthusiastic store owner asked about our purpose (playing a tennis match) and upgraded the family room to a warm environment, which not only made the living more comfortable, but also provided a warm environment for the children to do their homework after the game. The handsome boy in the store owner's family is also an active athlete. The store owner's sister prepared a nutritious breakfast for my baby with ease. We almost ate three meals a day from her. We could have lunch in the courtyard, listening to the rustling of maple leaves, basking in the warm autumn sun, and tasting tea brewed around the stove. It was very pleasant. After the child finished the game, we temporarily stored the car and luggage at her house, went to the ginkgo leaf check-in place on Juyongguan Road, the Xiaoyu Mountain overlooking Qingdao, and the beach of the first bathing beach to watch the sunset... The little details in life will fill your good time. I wish the store owner's sister's Nanshe B&B will do better and better and have a prosperous business.

Living here in winter, the heating temperature is low, so the store provided an electric heater.

The room is a small villa, the location is easy to find, and it is convenient for tourists who visit Badaguan or the second bathing beach the next day. The disadvantage is that there are no restaurants around the villa area, so you need to order takeout or eat before staying; the room facilities are average, simple and clean decoration, the bathroom lighting and hot water are a bit problematic, the floor heating is broken in the coldest weather, the owner turned on the heater for us in advance, but it was partial, and we could only cover two layers of quilts; no bottled mineral water is provided, and there are large barrels of mineral water in the lobby bus. I stayed in Qingdao for a few days and the overall experience of this hotel is average, but the owner is a newly opened homestay, and he is actively solving problems when encountering problems, which means I can understand, keep it up!

Very good. Very quiet neighborhood, slept well at night. The boss is also very nice. I will choose Nanshe again next time if I have the chance.
