總體來説很不錯，房間乾淨衞生，東西配套也齊全，離清遠體育中心很近，從村後的小路可以步行過去，很方便！

到清遠聽校長演唱會，選擇了歲月靜好民宿，離體育館很近，步行10分鐘即達，而且民宿性價比高，房間乾淨温馨，公共區域也很乾凈衞生；下樓右手即有餐館，吃也便利。不錯！

房間整體乾淨，物品齊全。有牙刷浴帽肥皂沒有沐浴露洗髮露。住二樓衹有樓梯。被子有點太厚了建議分夏被冬被，熱到開22度才睡着但依舊熱，比很多酒店都熱，導致這個原因沒睡好，要麼就麻煩牆上貼個提醒:被子較厚，建議開22度睡覺哦～
有個不適是要在前台表格上寫個人訊息，就像大學進宿舍那種，時間姓名身份證號最後還有房號，沒有個人私隱會覺得有安全隱患，其他人的入住訊息不應該讓後來者看到。
另外早上七點半退房，前台沒人，房卡放桌上，不知道算不算退成功，可以有個後續電話聯絡確定畢竟是你們人不在。
另外住宿地和周圍沒有早飯。
還有目前附近在修路，走路的話比較不安全，算一個環境不利因素。

因為考試訂的房間，建議打車過去，位置還是相對偏，但離隔壁的學校不遠打車很快起步價左右就能到。房間衞生還不錯隔音也還行，但因為這個房間在一樓，五六點村裡的爺爺奶奶起來就會在交談，所以如果睡眠淺可以訂樓層高一點點的房間。前台服務態度很好，有需求可以提。房間插頭有壞的，可以和前台提一下。

#好評#對房間佈局，鄰近活動，鄰近餐廳，房間大小，走廊隔音，房內採光滿意；看演唱会的，离体育场很近，走路就可以到达，很方便，房间干净无异味，不错，希望清远演出越来越多，越来越好，下次可以再来。

一般般，沒有電梯，上樓要自己搬行李箱，離體育館不遠，晚上看完演唱會走回來還算方便，不過還是要注意安全。
