The facilities are a little old. The room feels damp. A dehumidifier is placed in the room. The hotel breakfast is very rich and worth praising. The musty smell is too strong, and the humidity is very high. The island is humid, so at least there is a dehumidifier. The strong smell makes it difficult to sleep at night. The quilt feels wet and the body is sticky. There is also the so-called deluxe sea view room, as shown in the picture below, which is the "sea view" seen from the balcony. I was extremely disappointed.

I came here on a business trip. I had no problem communicating with the front desk lady Rodana. The check-in was very fast. The service staff took the initiative to take the luggage. The breakfast was rich and the facilities were also five-star standard. I will continue to choose here next time

Although the room I booked was given a hot spring in another hotel, the front desk said that we could use the shuttle bus to take us there for free. However, after trying the hot spring in this hotel at night, I felt that there was no need to go to another hot spring. The hot spring also had tea. The breakfast was also very good, with many varieties.

I stay here every time I come to Boao. It's nice to be able to soak in the hot springs.
