We stayed at Mastiff Grand The Sia Palace in Khopoli for 2 nights for Christmas. On entering you’ll love the lobby and reception area which was beautifully done up for Christmas and the top down chandelier was stunning. Our premium family room had one massive bed and a single bed which was comfortable for us ( 2 adults & 2 kids ). Room was huge with ample moving space, all essential amenities & neat bathrooms. Their in house restaurant serves delicious food right from breakfast buffet spread to their lip smacking Chinese Ala carte the dishes were too good. You shouldn’t miss the Veg Chinese dishes. They have an infinity pool on their terrace with a stunning view of Novotel and imagicaa in the background which was spectacular. They also have a lawn area next to the pool where the kids played a lot. Their cute & compact gym is perfect for fitness enthusiasts which we skipped as we were on Christmas holidays 😂😂 Staff was polite and took care of all our needs. They have 2 banquet halls which are huge & immensely popular for private functions and corporate meets. They also have a third party spa where you can available various services so do check it out. All in all Mastiff Grand Sia Palace is a great place to stay with family and friends for a weekend getaway or Imagicaa trip. We had a wonderful stay experience 😊

New Hotel near Imagica , the moment u enter the Lobby it's small but look very neat and tidy and Fresh. The rooms are done up very nicely. The Food is amazing . Best part about this Hotel is the team which makes this Hotel a place to be for a day or 2 gateway. Would like to mention about Naveen from the Reataurant very nice and humble guy always there to help and assist you. One of the best place to stay in Khopoli. Hardly 5 minutes from Imagica.

Very unexpected for this area to have a hotel so good and staff so efficient. The staff is very friendly and nice and food is simply awesome. For this price to have an infinity pool and the decor is so awesome. The rooms are very clean and room service is on time. Within five mins the staff reports. The only problem is wifi password gets expired again and again even during your stay. The food is freshly prepared so very nice.there is pesticide sprayed to keep the insects and pests away. The breakfast has a wide range. You get Indian and some mix of American breakfast. The Chef actually makes a dish for you if you don’t get the same time in the menu. It’s a kids friendly hotel and the staff is very nice during breakfast time and dinner. Will surely visit it again in future

Ambience, Cleanliness, Service, food quality is amazing. Infinity pool is nice. Staff was polite and helpful. Lot of varieties in breakfast buffet. Highly recommended for families, couples, corporate events.

Mastiff Grand The Sia Palace ❤️ One of the most luxurious property to visit in Khopoli with your friends and family for a vacation. I recently visited with my family and had one of the best experiences. They have some amazing categories of rooms to choose from which offer comfort. Their multicuisine Restaurant Tangelo serves food dishes all over the world and you will love them. They also have a Spa, Gym and Infinity Pool on the Terrace which is their USP. You get a majestic view of Adlabs Imagica from there. Do visit this luxurious property in Khopoli for an amazing experience.

The Grand Lobby of Hotel is marvellous. From check in to check out process is very smooth. Room was excellent, Services was very good, Food was excellent. My overall stay experience was Excellent and I will recommend people to come and stay.

The property is compact but the hotel interiors are spotless. Imagica is at stones throw distance and the surrounding view is picturesque. Rooms are almost comparable to a 4 star. If travelling with a kid/kids the room could feel limiting because although they call themselves a resort,Mastiff Sia has compact rooms like the ones u expect too see in a business hotel. Rooms were very very clean there was no compromise on quality. At the property we did experience an incident at the very end which made me give a 3 rating instead of 4 ; when we were about to check out we requested the valet to get our car at which point he said that we had a flat tire. We checked out in a hurry as we were not aware of the strange checkout time (10 am) so we had to wait in the lobby for almost 40 mins for the tire to get replaced AND the worst part is apparently the valet had informed the reception regarding our flat tire but no one from the reception BOTHERED to call and informe us PROACTIVELY so that we could deal with it in time. IRONICALLY the reception DID call us at 9:30 a.m. to say that the check out time is 10:00 a.m. but they conveniently left out the part regarding the flat tire which is quite disappointing. I'm not saying someone is at fault here but ideally if you expect your guests to check out early and you know they have a punctured tire you should put 2 and 2 together to anticipate a delay right there. Right training and guidance can help the staff with better decision making skills. Overall I would say that if we were just inform that the time of check in the check out time would be 10:00 a.m. the confusion regarding the check out time could have been avoided. Moving to fnb; BREAKFAST spread was surprisingly good with lot of options they were decent number of options in the Bakery section as well as the live counter which had options which are usually not seen namely French toast Maggi. The restaurant staff is also very friendly and courteous. Miss Pempoki @ the restaurant was very friendly and helpful .Something that I observed regarding the availability of items listed in the restaurant and in room dining menu is that ***y of the options will not available but I can understand that because the hotel is in a secluded area however whatever food they do have was TASTY and FRESH; the kitchen staff and chef are quite HELPFUL when it comes to suggesting alternative and creating a dish that suits your palate. We use this spa services and Ms. NATUNG at the spa was very professional and soft spoken and the overall Spa experience was decent. The infinity pool is situated at the terrace; has a beautiful view of the mountains and Imagica theme and Waterpark; lifeguard was missing and there's no floaters or props for kids to use in the pool. They have a game room but it's just sad as the only games we found were carrom and a deck of Uno cards; please GET MORE INDOOR GAMES!
