Room spacious and quite comfortable although we had to ask for blankets not provided, no kettle. Information about the hotel and its facilities should be made available to guests in the room. I had to call reception but no number displayed. Big disappoin**ent for access to the SPA which became chargeable (in previous years the SPA was included) and this information does not appear on the hotel website. And unfortunately, I chose this hotel to enjoy a moment of well-being with friends. Newcomer registration takes too long! We waited 30 minutes (2 couples in front of us) to go to reception. Despite the cleanliness of the establishment and the welcoming staff, we will not return to this establishment which needs to improve certain negative points (no toilets in the restaurant, you have to go down to the basement...)

The structure is located in the hinterland of Loano, a 5-minute drive from the beach, it is excellent and complete with all the necessary comforts, the room is clean and spacious with a view of the sea in the distance... the kind hotel staff was kind and helpful.
The breakfast is full of choice, for all tastes.

We found this hotel amazing value for money. They did a special deal for Gold ******* members and we snapped it up! It was very clean. One thing I didn’t like is that we arrived at 8:00pm. We wanted to get something to eat and the only thing that was available was leftover fish and potato and they wanted to charge us €25 each to eat the leftovers. We went to a pizza place down the road which was fine. Breakfast was great though!!

Staff and Service were great very welcoming and friendly and if you have kids they will make you feel at home. Only downside was the breakfast and not having our towels changed daily.
In the land of fruits and coffee we had a better time to buy some at the local market. Fruits will taste great at the local market, avoid supermarkets for fruits.
Otherwise free parking outside the resort was ok depending on which hours you leave and comeback. I recommend walking from the resort to the city as it can be very challenging to park next to the beach and the local police will fine you mercilessly, It didnt happen to us but local police work 24/7 so you better park in local train stations and walk a bit.
Again a big thank you for the staff, my pregnant wife forgot her phone in her room and we were about to leave and they were running across the parking to give it back to us, Thank you again ! :)

We booked this as a reward for the kids to enjoy some bathing after a long day in the car. To our disappoin**ent everything; the pool, the spa, the hammam - everything closed at 19:00. We arrived at 18:30. Everything opened again at 9:30, but the check out time is at 10:00. So this is not adapted for travelers. It looked like it could've been nice, but don't waste your money like we did!

There were loads of activities for the kids. Staff were friendly.
