Good place nice and clean, would recommend. Staff is great, very good breakfast buffet

Our room was dirty, beds not done and dirty and has garbages in thé bed They sais us that They forgot to clean a room and it was ours .

Super nice Hotel. Very easy access from A5. Despite this very quiet Super friendly staff. Very helpful and informative. Took my freezing elements overnight. Room was nice, spacious and clean. Very nice bath with plenty of hot water Highly recommend

Lovely all round. Clean, nicely decorated a wonderful receptionist. Great breakfast. Nice modern bathroom. Air conditioned which is important in summer. Location is a 10 minute drive from Europapark.

Really nice welcome, room was comfortable with A/C. Every looks new and all working as expected. Little choice of TV programs , little English and no French programs. Rooms was turned over every day. The lift is very slow, much quicker using the stairs. Breakfast was superb, lots of variety and fresh. The highlight for us was the Italian Buffet in the evening , simply superb, excellent and highly recommended . The staff in the restaurant were very welcoming, very friendly, helpful and passionate about their job

Fab stay here! We came to visit Europa Park and rulantica....family of 5 with 3 teenage kids...areived quite late to very accommodating staff. Room perfect, comfy beds, clean, daily housekeeping, good shower, Hand-wash and shower gel provided, USB chargers beside each be/ lamps and the brilliant wifi kept the kids happy. Lots of sockets in room too. Kettle with tea/coffee facilities useful to mum and dad. Hotel looks amazing- all Italian themed and very pretty, lots of little details. Plenty seating areas in the hotel and an undercover smoking/vaping seated area eldest was pleased with. Popcorn machine in reception was a hit with our 3 too (takes a €2 coin.) Breakfast was great...something for everyone (plenty for me... highlight of my stay). Staff all super friendly and super helpful with directions etc in local area. Communication prior to stay also excellent- we were delayed on the way out so kept in touch to notify of later arrival time. Close to (walking distance) garage/ train/bus station, supermarket and a lovely pizza/kebab shop. Europapark was a 5- 10 min bus ride away...(Not walkable- there's a slight lack of pavements.) Basel airport just under an hour. Good value for money, Would 100% recommend and would definitely return. Thank you very much hotel La Toscana team.

Amazing host made us feel so completely at home, we arrived late at night and he couldn’t be more helpful and hospitable, would highly recommend anyone interested in visiting this region to stay here you won’t regret it!! We even shared some late night, night caps with the host and some other lovely fellow travelers from Belgium

High class, we loved it from the beginning! Is a family hotel near Europa Park, really a special place! The staff was friendly and helpful they do a great job and you feel the Italian flair! Real good internet and top breakfast rich and high quality. We will see us against.
