Américas Benidorm Hotel

Excellent location, a 5-minute walk from Copacabana Beach, in a lively area with beach bars, shopping, and umbrella and sunbed rentals. The hotel provides towels. The neighborhood where the hotel is located is full of shops and restaurants, and is a lively and safe area for walking. The hotel facilities are currently being renovated. It has a small rooftop pool and gym. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is good, with sweet and savory options. The staff is very helpful and pleasant: Claudio gave us lots of tips and directions on the first day, and Ayuso was always very friendly and found us a very nice and reliable taxi driver to get around the city. The bellboys were also very friendly; the night attendant showed us the entire room and explained everything. The hotel offers tours and guided visits at a price similar to those offered by agencies. I would return to this hotel without hesitation because the location and service are excellent.

The hotel was undergoing renovations, and the only room available on my first night was quite dated. The front desk helped me change rooms on my second night, and they were very nice and up-to-date. The service was excellent, and the breakfast was varied, both of which were highly recommended. The hotel is within walking distance of the beach and is conveniently located near supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants.

I was treated very well, the facilities are great. Due to my commitments, I didn't have the opportunity to enjoy everything the hotel has to offer, but it was still very good.

Checking in in the evening, we had two reservations for 1 night + 3 nights. We asked the front desk to merge the orders to avoid the trouble of having to check out and apply again the next day. The front desk handled the merged orders, which is more rigid than some places in Chile. Much better. However, the suite we were given was too old and empty with almost no furniture! It's still along the road, and the windows are old aluminum alloy single-layer glass, which is not soundproof at all. Moreover, the split air conditioner in our room is very old and noisy. We didn't sleep well all night! The next day, we reported the noise situation to the front desk. The manager was on duty and moved us to a suite not along the road. It had a lot more furniture and furnishings and the air conditioner was relatively new. It felt much better than the rooms along the road. Some rooms in the hotel are being partially renovated~ Overall, the decoration of this hotel is too old, and the breakfast is average (for us Chinese), with not many varieties and no vegetables at all~ The staff's service is quite good. They took the initiative to help us pick up our suitcases and bring them to the room, and introduced the room facilities. When we left, the lobby attendant took the initiative to help us carry our suitcases and hail a taxi suitable for us at the door to take us to the airport. It is relatively close to the beach, there are many restaurants nearby, and there are also large supermarkets nearby.
